Delighted in our stay at 1** @The Raven. Garry & Heidi were exceptional in their willingness to accommodate COVID related schedule shifts, ensuring we had a great couple of weeks in their condo. All required amenities, including some unexpected extras (thanks Garry) were in place. Timely communications relating to any little thing that came up. The only downside, largely due to the snow this year, is that the ski out involved a 100meter walk to the Lara's Gondola. A small investment for a very complete "home away from home".

Spacious and comfortable

This was a beautiful and spacious suite! I would seek this property out again, no doubt about it! It was great to have our own private hot tub to relax in after being on the mountain all day. It was a quick walk to get to the gondola in the morning and we were able to snowboard right to the building. The kitchen was well set up. Loved the tasteful decoration and comfortable bed & furniture.

Family Holiday in Big White

We recently stayed at this property and really loved it. We traveled from Brisbane, Australia and it was our first time at Big White. We couldn't have asked for anything better as this apartment/condo had everything we needed.

It is beautifully furnished and only a short walk to Lara's Gondola (the kids loved that they could ski down to the gondola). As it's located in Happy Valley we walked to Happy Valley Lodge for dinner some nights (Moose Lounge) and saw the fireworks while we there. The hot tub was also a bonus for when we came home after a long day of skiing and wanted to relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend this apartment.

Big White itself is such a lovely place to visit and we all enjoyed it. All the staff in both the village and restaurants/cafes were lovely. Garry always responded promptly to any questions I had in the lead up to our stay.

Thank you for a really lovely time in your beautiful condo/apartment. We will be returning someday!

This is a great property that is very well provisioned in all areas. Great underground parking and the spa on the deck was wonderful after a full day of skiing. I would recommend this unit and the owners went out of their way to assure we had everything we needed.

Excellent Condo

This is a really lovely condo in a great location. We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years, the busiest time of year, and it was such a lovely, quiet condo - a perfect escape with our two small children. Condo provisions

Everything you can think of is included, it's very homely and comfortable. I was even very surprised and impressed to find things needed to bake a cake for my daughters birthday! The washer/dryer is great, the technology works perfectly and there is even a Dyson stick vacuum to help keep it tidy through your stay.

It's a great size (bigger than it looks in the photos) and was really comfortable for our family. The bunk beds are a queen/ double combo, so are really big and spacious. Location

It's a short walk into Happy Valley and has easy ski-in (not ski-out, its a little bit of a a hike). It was a great location for the Happy Valley fireworks, as we just watched from the balcony. The hot tub on the balcony is actually one of the more private ones in the building, which is lovely.

I read a previous review where they talked about the noise of the neighbours hot tub against the master bedroom wall - well, we didn't hear that hot tub operate once in our stay, so there was absolutely no issues at all. Just luck of the draw, I guess!

Hosts: The hosts are very responsive and kind, and very keen to support you in your stay. Thanks very much!

Building: The building amenities are good, with a very large underground carpark. The only thing that it doesn't have is somewhere to wax skis and snowboards.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property. It was good value for the time period we stayed.

Perfect rental at BIG WHITE.

This is an amazing rental unit at Big White. Beautiful condo inside and out. Its about a five minute walk to the gondola, ice rink, beginner hill, and tubing. Great place for family, My 3 year old loved the bunk beds and tv in his room. Our Master was great, it was a nice retreat and quiet in the evening. Steam shower and hot tub are awesome. Garry and Heidi are great hosts. Thanks so much for everything. We will stay here again for sure. Nice to have a pool in the building for kids as well. All around great stay and we had champagne powder on the hills. Hopefully will stay here one more time before the season is over.

Another great trip to Big White

Our first time staying at 102 Raven Lodge and we all would recommend it to others. First comment upon entering was "It's very cozy". Well laid out, clean, well equipped kitchen with everything in working order. Comfortable beds too! Nice of course to have a hot tub and barbecue.

I gave it only 4 stars for location but 4.5 would have been a better score. It's a 5 star for ski in at the end of the day. However you need to know how to do that. There is an explanation in the guide but a little map for those of us who need some visual guidance would have helped on the first attempt. Ski out is pretty close but again not obvious on the first attempt. There is a foldout couch in the main room. Bring your own bedding if you choose to use it.

Always a fun time at Big White!

Everything was wonderful, EXCEPT for the hot tub. It had not been cleaned properly before we came,we had to call to get them to service it a day after they should have been there. By that time, it was really gross and we showered b4 and after use. The fellow who came admitted it was gross and should have been drained and cleaned earlier. so if you can sort out the hot tub company, this place would be more than perfect! We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Great unit, very clean and modern. The only things I would recommend are a small stool so kids can reach the bathroom faucet, a plug-in boot/glove dryer (as there are no vents to use and it seems a waste to use the dryer), and a new Blu Ray/DVD player - the existing one was DVD only extremely temperamental, with the remote rarely working properly. Otherwise an excellent unit a -we had an amazing Christmas up at Big White!

Approximately 21 km (13 miles) from intersection of Highway 33 and the Big White Road and just past the Rocket Ridge and Plaza chair lifts, you Turn RIGHT at HAPPY VALLEY ROAD.
