Delighted in our stay at 1** @The Raven. Garry & Heidi were exceptional in their willingness to accommodate COVID related schedule shifts, ensuring we had a great couple of weeks in their condo. All required amenities, including some unexpected extras (thanks Garry) were in place. Timely communications relating to any little thing that came up. The only downside, largely due to the snow this year, is that the ski out involved a 100meter walk to the Lara's Gondola. A small investment for a very complete "home away from home".

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here. The unit was perfect. The location was easy enough to ski out of and very easy to ski in. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip up to Big White. The conditions were fabulous!

This was a beautiful and spacious suite! I would seek this property out again, no doubt about it! It was great to have our own private hot tub to relax in after being on the mountain all day. It was a quick walk to get to the gondola in the morning and we were able to snowboard right to the building. The kitchen was well set up. Loved the tasteful decoration and comfortable bed & furniture.

The Raven is located in the Happy Valley area of Big White Ski Resort. Approximately 21 km (13 miles) from intersection of Highway 33 and the Big White Road and just past the Rocket Ridge and Plaza chair lifts, you Turn RIGHT at HAPPY VALLEY ROAD. Take your first LEFT on SNOWBIRD WAY. The Raven is located on the left hand side of the road across from the Spyglass development and beside Snowbird Lodge. Proceed up the driveway to the underground parking garage.

Excessive Cleaning:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability.
