Welcome to our Whistler home! 

We are conveniently located in Whistler Village North which is walking distance to all that Whistler has to offer; shopping, restaurants, ski lifts, mountain biking, hiking trails, etc.

Our suite is undergoing some upgrades. As of April 2016 it has new paint, new bedroom/living room furnishings, all new matresses and new sofa bed. For your privacy and convenience, we accept live reservations with online payment. This means that you can book our home DIRECTLY from our web site with online payment! Your payment amount will vary depending on how far you are from your arrival date.

Full payment will be required within 45 days of arrival, otherwise a 25% deposit is required.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the re-booked rate & on the number of nights re-booked; all cancellation refunds are subject to a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guest can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is made. Later for last minute reservations
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Guest Stay Contract We do not require a signed guest stay contract.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Property Sale In the event of Property Sale or Damage- we will assist in searching for an alternative comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate the guest or the rate is higher and the guest wishes not to pay the higher rate, the guest will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4pm. Contact us prior to arrival; early check-in may be possible
Check-Out Time 10am. Contact us; late check-out may be possible
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Noise Restrictions Eviction for excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 8 am. This quiet time is monitored and fines or eviction can occur upon noise complaints.
Housekeeping Complimentary prior to arrival and after departure. Emergency contacts provided for booked guests. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for any excessive cleaning charges as per stated damage deposit policies.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite that results in additional costs will be forwarded to you.
Liability We are not liable for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Bike Storage Bike storage is not allowed in the suite. There is secure bike storage located in the underground parking area. Guests need to bring their personal locks to secure their bikes in the storage area. We are not liable for any damaged or stolen property.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hr emergency contacts provided.
Excessive Noise Immediate eviction for excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm till 8 am. This quiet time is monitored and fines or eviction can occur upon noise complaints.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people. Strictly enforced. Parties of 8 people or more will be evicted
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per the stated damage deposit policies.
Property Damage Guests authorize a credit card charge and assume financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

The living area has 1 queen sofa bed and one two chairs.  The living room has a huge rock fireplace, 20ft ceilings, lots of windows, a TV. There is a private deck off the living room.

There is round table seating for 4 people. An additional 4 people can sit and eat at the bar.

High vaulted ceilings and large windows make our home very bright and spacious. The private deck will let you enjoy our beautiful mountain views!

About Us

Hi, this is our ski, mountain biking, and trail running home. We live in Vancouver, but do most of our playing in the Sea to Sky corridor. We hope that you will find it as good a staging place for the mountains as we do:)
