Elena is superb to deal with, quick responding to any questions or concerns I had. The condo is exactly as described in the add and portrayed in the pictures. This place has the most well stocked kitchen we’ve had up here to this point, lots of dried herbs and spices for you cooking needs, plenty of pots and pans in excellent shape as well. As nordic skiers, we lived that the trails start right at the door of the ski locker room.

We will definitely be checking availability on this place for our next stay at Silver Star.

Amazing Family Christmas Vacation 2019

Very charming in style and lots of perks, such as DVDs (we watched Babel - lots of very good choices for different tastes) and books (I read the Potato Factory and I think my son tried a Ken Follett).

The balcony gets the afternoon sun, so I really enjoyed sitting on it and watching for the kids to ski back on the days I wasn't with them or had gone in early. The lift is close by, and the music and noise from it was only uplifting. The bedrooms are separated with the bathroom between, so the kids went to sleep while we could stay up. The kitchen is small to cook in as any condo style place would be but well equipped.

I would suggest this for families (4 or less) or couples for sure, Thanks!

This condo is loaded with extras! A heated locker for equipment is available in the building as equipment is NEVER allowed in the unit. Codes for the common areas including hot tub, shared laundry, and lockers will be provided upon arrival.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be refunded. To claim this refund review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. All refunds will have a 5% processing fee applied to cover the cost of the refund transactions. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others is prohibited.
Garbage Removal Long terms guests are required to drop off garbage at the Silver Star Garbage depot.
Housekeeping Guests are expected to clean the kitchen including dishes before departure, but not to launder any linens.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 guests overnight.
Missing Items Guest will pay for all missing items identified at check out.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Parking & Ticketing $25. For lost or misplaced pass
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest.

Property Details

The condo consists of an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with an eating bar; 1 bathroom, one master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunks and a private deck. Large windows take advantage of the spectacular views of the Silver Queen Chair,  the Nordic trails and the forest. The Silver Queen chair lift right in front of our complex provides ski in and out enjoyment!
