Our comfortable 1 bedroom unit is ideally located in Whistler Village North.  The unit has just been completely renovated after a fire damaged the complex in late 2013. A great place for family and friends to relax after a long day on the slopes.  Take advantage of the hot-tub and pool to soothe those aching muscles.

Spacious, clean place, strongly recommended

This is a nice spacious place, very clean and in a wonderful central location in Whistler. I was concerned about the other comments related to the bakery, but there was no problem with that; no overpowering smell or heat, just some noise maybe, but when youâ??re in the middle of Whistler that is somewhat expected.

I strongly recommend this place, the kitchen was very well appointed and the linens and towels were clean. It was a last minute booking for us that turned into a wonderful little vacation, I strongly recommend seeing the Green Lake and the beautiful hike to Cheakamus Lake.

The only thing Iâ??d change would be to add a barbecue on the balcony as this will make the place absolutely perfect for our family. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to come back. Florin

A big thank you to Jason for helping out a fellow Tyndall Stone owner and her guests after we suffered water damage to our unit. I moved several of our guests into Jasons' unit and at all times he was very helpful and accommodating during the relocation process. The guests not only enjoyed the alternate unit but were happy with what we were able to do for them. Jason has been a great host, the unit is everything he said it was, the guests so far have enjoyed their stay and the added fans have been great in the warmer weather. Good little place - Needs A/C

Small, nice, clean place. Good location and village access. Comfy bed & couch.

The main downfall is the fact that this unit is above a bakery and is like walking into a sauna. There is no AC and the two small fans provided were of very poor quality and did nothing to cool the place down. Unless AC was put in I would not rent this unit again, only in the cold winter months. We couldnt even make our dinners in the unit as it was to hot and made all 3 of us feel faint, spent more time outside where it was cool.

We spoke with other people in the building who said all there units had AC and it was great. The pool and hot tub area of this complex was lacking and looked very dirty. So we opted out of that.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payments are non-refundable. We will refund your money if we can replace your rental. Refunds are based on the rebooked rate & based on the number of nights booked; all cancellations are subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which may cause you to be delayed
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information You will receive access information 15 days prior to arrival via email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Guest can be asked to vacate the unit if they do not obide by no noise after 11pm. 2 complaints will result in eviction
Housekeeping Complimentary mid-stay cleans on 7 night+ bookings.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Missing Items Guest can be charged for missing items.
Property Damage Guest will be charged for any property damage. Upon arrival Mountain Hideaways will visit for a meet & greet session at which time they will take a $500 pre-authorisation on your credit card which is released following a damage inspection after your stay.

Terms of Eviction excessive noise complaints, damage to property and/or failure to comply to policies.

Loacted on the second floor of the complex Entrance area, from the front door with storage for wet gear. Full kitchen on your right hand side. To your left is access to the bathrrom which also leads in to (locks off) the bedroom. Window in bedroom looks out on to patio. Dining room and living room reach out from the entrance way and kitchen. Access to the patio is off of the living room.

The kitchen is great for those who love to cook, plenty of counter space and full size appliances. The open plan with the dining and living areas mean you can keep up the social life while you whip up a gourmet meal! There are some basic supplies in the cupboards but please replace them if you finish any. Also provided are dish towels, wash cloths, dishwasher detergent, washing up liquid and kitchen towels.
