This is the forth year we have stayed here with our two young children, in-laws, and dog. The condo is perfectly located close to the village with easy access to ski in/out options. Super clean and cozy! We'll definitely be back!

2020 Family and friends ski trip to Sun Peaks

We visited the week Jan. 02 to 05/20 for a family ski trip. Nice place and easy access to and from the new Orient Chair. Underground parking and proximity to the property was a plus and close by which made it easy to unload and load the car. Locked ski locker adjacent to the main door was handy as well for easy storage of gear.

The entire place was very clean and tidy and had plenty of towels, plates, cutlery and utensils for use and large in suite washer/dryer was handy. Owner contacted me directly prior to our visit to welcome us and was very helpful with details on getting to the property, the home and available amenities. Having three rooms made sleeping arrangements easy for 2 families sharing. Bed's could use some TLC though as some were a bit uncomfortable. No issues with WIFI connections and service.

Property was close to and a nice walk into the village and close to restaurants and shops. Large hot tub was nice after a day out on the slopes. Instruction for check-in and Check-out were straight forward and helpful and hopefully, we complied with requests.

Suggest adding a note for guests to bring some personal amenities such as shampoo or body wash if you have personal preferences. All-in-all, we would gladly recommend this property and welcome the opportunity to rent again in future, whether in winter, spring, summer or fall.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction.
