Welcome  to the fabulous Whistler Resort and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our condo is spacious and comfortable with many personal additions. It offers our guests the choice to truly enjoy all that Whistler has to offer or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of it all.

Wildwood is showing a bit of it's age, but it still is quite acceptable. The hot tub, which is a big attraction of North American resorts over European ones for us from Bermuda, was not in great condition in respect of the jets.

The ski in/ski out description is a bit of a stretch, but this is our second time at Wildwood and we knew this in advance. However it's proximity to the slopes is quite acceptable, at least for boarders in our boots. Not so great for skiers in theirs.

Nice place location was pretty good as you can pretty much walk to the village. View was awesome as well and place was also quite clean. I would definitely recommend the place although the elevator took awhile so most of the time we just used the stairs.

Good value, not perfect

Dirty microwave that we cleaned ourselves. Despite email to contrary, main desk and door is not necessarily open until 8:00 pm. We discovered a locked door and no desk attendant at 6:30 pm our first day, and the intercom to get "emergency access" went to a disconnected phone line. Remember ALWAYS to bring front door code with you.

Condo was nice, and a very good value for what it provides. Owner rep was helpful, and told us they have no control over complex front door and desk -- different management. Excellent walking access to Village, and the trail system is right across the street.

Would be a good place to stay in all seasons -- walking access to ski slopes. Pool was always in use but hot tub was out of order. Easy access to garbage and recycling in garage, as well as secure mountain bike parking.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided when booking is fully paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bike storage in condo or on decks. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $75 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Please take garbage down to bin.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Please ensure door is locked after you leave. It will not lock automatically.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am. Please respect the privacy and enjoyment of other quests in the building. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned phase 1 for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Use ski storage room. Please do not store equipment in condo under any circumstances. Damage from equipment storage in condo will be at guest expense to repair.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, damage. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace No refunds will be given
