A great townhouse to stay with teenagers, spacious and lots of nice little books for everyone to have their own space. Great, quiet location minutes away from the lifts. Well appointed kitchen and amazing pool, spa, and bbq area. We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again.

Loved the quiet location and pool and BBQ area. Downside was no A/C, was 36C! There were tower fans (no ceiling fans) but it didn't help much. Was uncomfortable at night. Won't recommend for mid summer.

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less a 5% processing fee if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if the reservation is replaced. Balance payment refund values are determined based on the value of replacement reservations and less processing fees. Any applicable refunds are issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Requested dates are not placed on hold prior to payment unless specifically negotiated in advance as this site allows for live reservations.
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property. We reserve the right to deny check in with no refund, of guests that do not meet the age requirements and proper identification.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Extra housekeeping services available upon request.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area prior to departure.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages. Internet is free.
Liability
Maintenance Emergencies 24 /7 - phone # and contact information will be e-mailed upon payment of balance owing.

Parking & Ticketing Underground parking: maximum height is 6' 1”. If your vehicle is greater then 6’ 1”, please contact us for alternative options.
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. Guest authorizes up to a $1,000 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Our concierge service will be contacting guests prior to arrival for credit card information to hold on file as damage deposit. Guest is responsible for all damage related charges above and beyond the authorization amount.

Noise Restrictions No excessive noise causing disturbances is tolerated. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. Multiple noise complaints may result in an eviction with no refund. Please note quite time is between 10 pm and 8 AM.
Terms of Eviction We reserve the right evict guests, without refund, for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, violation of maximum sleeping capacity and age restrictions, and other policy violations.
