Located in Whistler’s Creekside village, steps from the gondola, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhome offers all the amenities for your Whistler vacation! This coach house is situated on the outskirts of Lake Placid Lodge with open outdoor parking and access to all the Lake Placid building amenities including the outdoor pool and hot tubs, bike and ski room and secured underground parking.

Enter into a spacious entrance way and up one set of stairs to the main floor. An open concept living, dining and kitchen are to your right with a full upgraded bathroom and large deck. To the left of the stairs is the master bedroom with king bed and private ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. The washer/dryer unit is housed in the master bedroom. The top floor features the two additional bedrooms one with a king size bed that can be converted into two twins upon request and the third bedroom with bunk bed (queen on bottom and single on top) plus an additional single bed.  A small TV nook with futon is nestled at the top of the stairs. 

Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more, so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Guests are to check-in with our front desk prior to gaining property access, at which time they will be required to present a credit card and photo ID for a pre-authorization of $1000. The authorization will be charged in the event of costs such as damage, missing items, and or excessive cleaning, by the guests. Guests are responsible for any costs also exceeding the pre-authorized value. The credit card must be in the name of the main guest.

We love this area of Whistler. We arrived at the end of Covid and appreciated the restrictions that seemed to be in place. The unit is furnished with groups in mind and the kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the unit is not air conditioned. We were there during BCs notorious heat wave and the upstairs units were rather unbearable, even with fans. This was to be expected as the temperature exceeded 40 degrees. A great feature is the washer and dryer - so handy. Unit is stocked with garbage bags and even laundry soap - and there are lots of towels. Outside of the control of the unit owner is the pool. Too much chlorine and immediately after chlorination, children were allowed to swim. The bbqs are excellent and sitting area is lovely - umbrellas and great tables. One more suggestion, the parking spot that was allotted to the unit was frequently occupied by someone else. It might be a good idea to identify the spots by painting the number of the unit on the designated spot

Great property, very conveniently located in Creekside. close to skiing and good walks. Easily accommodated our four adults (six for one night) and three small children. Kitchen had enough utensils and dishes for our use. Lots of towels and essentials (TP, paper towels). Having access to the pool and hot tub was a wonderful addition. We would definitely go back!

Good Stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this accommodation, it was the little things that were annoying, the king bed hadn't been split into two as requested and the landline phone would not work for 800 numbers and would die about a minute after receiving an incoming call, also the area around the entrance was icy and could do with better snow clearance but other than that it was fine, oh, and a pizza cutter in the kitchen would be handy. Thanks Ken.

Great space in this rental, plenty of nooks to fit a sleepy friend in a pinch. Kitchen is pretty good, Heated floors in the bathroom are nice. The master bedroom was a little dated, but, it works. Good cleaning service. I overstayed a day and the owner was able to facilitate an extra day with ease and speed.

The bike storage room seems pretty secure and we kept a lot of the dirt out of the unit without the bikes in the foyer. The pool and hot tub was excellent and only closed one day for a cleaning of broken glass.

The outdoor porch on the second floor could be a great space, but, no furniture makes it a concrete pad in the sky that is essentially wasted space. Again, the owner/manager was able to help very quickly to get us back into the unit after I miscalculated how many nights we were staying! Super service!

Great unit and location

Would come again! Great location and size of property. Nice ambience . Kitchen well fitted out. Great hot tub however recent refurb work not completed and so felt like sitting amongst a construction site!!!

Negatives were that fireplace didnâ??t work on arrival but was rectified the next day( thanks) , mattress in main bed was hard and not that comfy, mattress on bunks was old and lumpy- needs replacing . Snow on footpath to door wasnâ??t cleared and tools to keep it clear werenâ??t effective so was slippery each day when leaving with skis . Coffee machine had wrong filters . Check in process was frustrating - we didnâ??t have a car so needed to leave our bags in foyer for a day while going into whistler via bus to get a login code from real estate that could have been done via email-( as many apartments now do) . The instructions given by registration desk and in unit were out of date - referring to keys and old wifi codes .

Would definitely stay again though!

We had a great time. Super location walking distance to lifts and grocery. Very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms updated very nicely. Beds very comfortable.

Unfortunately the fireplace was not working so the first day was quite chilly. The heater behind the living room couch also did not work. Probably disconnected? Reception did not give us key to garage. The instructions were wrong and need to be updated because there was no key. Required two trips to reception to resolve. The property manager tried to fix the fireplace on the 26th but could not figure it out. They bought a space heater which was a godsend.

Great value in Creekside. This updated unit is well laid out for families, especially teenagers, lots of nooks and space so everyone has their own quiet place. Close to lakes, trails, and buses, but disappointed hot tub and pool were closed.

Our stay at this property was overall very nice. It easily accommodated 9 of us, the kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware, and it was clean. Only issue we had was we lost hot water for a day (which was corrected within 18 hours) and the dryer lint vent was broken (again maintenance responded promptly and put in a temporary fix to allow us to continue to do laundry). The property is very well maintained and was truly a ski in/ski out and we would rent again.

I booked the vacation home two month before Christmas. When we enter the room on Dec 18th, 2017, we are so surprised for the spacious room and cleanliness. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is humongous. Except from two bedrooms, the entrance has a huge changing area, with a queen size Murphy bed. So totally there are 8 people beds in the suite.

The owner is super nice, responds fast. I will definitely come back and stay in this beautiful home with gorgeous mountain view.

Great early season ski weekend!

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful townhouse. It was very spacious and slept our group of 8 comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped for our group meals. Great hot tub/pool/sauna facilities. The property is a very short walk to the Creekside Gondola. Overall great place and we'd definitely stay again!

The only downside is the check-in process involves going into Whistler Village to pick up the parking passes and keys to the hot tub, which can be quite inconvenient depending on traffic. There has to be a better way to arrange that.

This was a fantastic place to stay with a young family. Beautiful, well stocked apartment. The only negative aspect was having to check in in he main whistler village a 15 min drive away and instructions on how to get to the unit within the complex weren't clear. However the location was fantastic and close to lifts, ski schools and rental places. We also loved the heated floors in the bathrooms! A perfect place to stay with kids- would love to come back again.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location - right across from the Gondola; Starbucks and grocery shopping. All amenities (everything in the kitchen you could think of and on-site washer and dryer) and great space; could fit a lot more than us 5 - one bedroom has 2 bunkbeds for 4, 2 other double bedrooms and 2 extra couches not counting the living room:); extremely clean and nice on the inside, the only reason I rated it a 4 is that the balcony needs some work - floor was dirty and there was no furniture to speak of - two plastic chairs.

Access to jacuzzi and pool was great, parking outside much easier than in the basement like with the smaller apartments we had rented before, and we cherished the privacy of the balcony looking out at the forest rather than having to listen to the clatter from the pools. All in all, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was perfect - even better than the photos with plenty of room and everything we needed. We had four adults and four kids (two families) and the setup was perfect. The kids loved the double bunk beds and each couple had their own room. Kids also really enjoyed the little tv nook upstairs.

The beds were so comfortable - so they must have been replaced since the previous reviews. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity - fabulous to have the pool so warm. Didn't realize we booked in "Creekside" Village until after we made the reservation and are so happy we did. It was an easy walk to the lifts, more low key than the village and so perfect with kids.

We can't wait to return.

We much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo.

Didn't realise the difference between Whistler Village and Whistler Creekside, but having a lift so close was great.

Rob was very accommodating with regards to checkout time. He agreed to us leaving a little later which gave us the opportunity to get a good few hours on the mountain on the day of our departure in the best conditions of the season so far. Thanks Rob!

We had a great stay.

Pros: Good value for money. Very responsive owners. Fairly easy check in and check out. Great area with lots to do.

Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable and could use an upgrade in 2 out of 3 rooms. Not very clear how to access any of the "amenities" so I can't really rate them. It would also be good to have a BBQ. Also might be nice to have some outdoor furniture because the outdoor patio is not really usable - seems like a waste.

Awesome place and very affordable

This place was perfect for the 4 of us that stayed here during the Ironman event. We had some internet issues and they were resolved very quickly after contacting the front desk. The only thing that I felt that could have been a little better was to have a fan for the kitchen since the microwave was broken (there is a perfectly good working one on the countertop though), also having a scrub brush for pots and pans would have been nice. The toaster was awful as well - I would suggest replacing that. Everything else was as perfect as you can get.

We did notice on the balcony there may possibly be a bee nest somewhere as there were lots of bees going in and out of the foundation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was as clean as you could get.

We could tell that a lot of work was put in to making the place very comfortable and we definitely were! I would stay here again in a heart beat. We had to check out early and the host was quick to answer my questions upon leaving, check in was difficult for us to find as it was in the Whistler village apart from the actual place itself.

The place could easily fit 8+ people, it was spacious and had great window lighting. Hope to be back in the winter for ski season!

Canada Day week fun in the heat wave!

Liked the unit and can't beat the location. Great clean family complex - close enough to village but far enough away too! Grocery, Government Liquor Store, Starbucks across the street and restaurants within a few blocks easy walk. Easy access to Valley Trails, Alpha / Nita Lake etc. Jacqui was easy to reach when we ran short of TP and had it delivered within the hour.

Unfortunately, wasp nest on the patio was not cleared by Strata during our visit so curtailed our enjoyment during the heat wave as could not use the deck. Info given at check in re internet access was incorrect (provider now Telus and not Shaw) but concierge helped out. Suggest check in team needs the updated info.

One other point: there were no plastic cups / plates etc which are mandatory for use at the pool / BBQ area. Definite must for the summer - please add some to the unit.

Toilet paper lasted one day, out of salt and pepper, paper towels lasted one day... and there were only 4 of us, the place sleeps 9. Also could use more dish towels.

I sent an email and called before arriving and never did get a response.

The place was awesome we would definitely stay again, we loved it! We would just like better communication and more supplies. Very convenient location

This was the perfect accommodation for 2 couples with 2 kids each. One of the adult bedrooms is gorgeous and big, and the other is a bit pokey, but as long as you can work that out, then everybody is happy. The kids room with 2 big bunk beds is really fun. The location is good, not right in the village, but an easy drive and close to enough conveniences. Great for walking to the Creekside chairlift. (Our only criticism was that the cleaning staff should look under furniture!)

The location is incredible and the apartments was just what we expected. We only had 2 small issues: 1) It was impossible to throw away the garbage in the underground. We had no access to the underground at all. 2) We wanted to use the oven above the stove but we couldn't. When we tried the breaker kept popping. We reported this issue, but nothing happen.

Outside of these to minor issues, our stay was incredible. We would definitely consider this property for a future stay, and would recommended highly. Cheers, Maria

Radiant heat in bathrooms isn't that warm in bathrooms even when maxed out and master bath shower doesn't have a soap dish or a place to put your shampoo but these issues wouldn't stop me from booking this property again. The location and the type of accommodations were just perfect for our group. The beds were all in need of replacement and the owner responded that new beds would be purchased. There was also some issue with beds squeaking, he responded that the beds would be secured. With the adjustments made this could be a place to rent again.

Extended family summer trip

This is a very good rental in many ways - especially for a family with the bunk beds and resort pool proving a big hit for the kids. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and the rental was big enough for 4 adults and 3 young kids without any issues. One of the showers did not work (something that I understand was beyond the control of the owners and for which we are in direct communication with the owners about compensation). Main drawback for us being there in the summer during a hot spell (temps in the low 30s) was the lack of AC which meant the place got VERY hot even with fans and all windows open. So may not be the best option for a summer trip.

The property is located in Whistler’s Creekside Village approximately 10 minutes drive from the main Whistler Village. Located steps from the Creekside Gondola that access’s Whistler Mountain and the bike park in the summer. Creekside Village also boasts several restaurants and retail outlets including; Starbucks, Dusty’s Bar and BBQ, a grocery store, a café, rental shops and plenty more. Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

Liability:

Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
