Enjoy our Raven Ridge Creekside Chalet just below the Bullet Lift Chair with spectacular views of the Okanagan Highlands.

Our spacious home has unobstructed panoramic views of the Okanagan Highlands and features four bedrooms, a grand Loft area, two large flat screen TV's with HDTV and Dolby sound, DVD players and FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. The views from the wrap around deck are spectacular!  With over 2,500 sq ft of rustic alpine comfort, this chalet is built with breathtaking quality and detail including our hand peeled pine staircase, loft area and a gourmet kitchen with the stainless steel Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool appliances.

Our photo gallery just does not do this chalet justice...

The master suite encompasses the entire top floor, and features an spacious and rich 4 piece ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaker tub, a separate shower and "his & her" sinks.   Raven Ridge Creekside Chalet is a private chalet located in White Forest Estates, which is a short 6 to 15 minute walk to the village and just below the "Bullet Express" chair. It has a heated double car garage, parking for six vehicles and sleeps 12-13 guests comfortably.

Always a good place to stay. This is our groups 3rd time at Raven Ridge and it has worked well each time. Lots of kitchen ware, towels etc. We had trouble with the TV but after some conversation over the phone with the manager and a visit the next morning, everything was resolved. Oven smoked but it was an easy fix, by pushing the "self Clean" button. Otherwise all was great.

What a great Christmas holiday... could have used one more bedroom... but the loft was great for 10 adults and a baby. Literally a 5 minute walk to the main village/lodge and a 1 minute walk to the bottom of the bullet chair.

The only thing I'd mention is that when it is really cold, some of the windows leak cold air and it can get very cold at night, so you need to adjust the temp first thing in the morning to warm the place up.

Other than that, the management co was very responsive for any needs we had. Thanks!

Very Spacious 2500 sq feet Ground Floor has heated Garage, foyer/bootroom, 4 piece bathroom, Den with queen sofabed and 2nd Master bedroom with a queen size bed. Main Floor has Kitchen, Dining Room, Great room, bathroom & laundry facilities, and two bunk bed rooms to sleep 5. Top Floor is master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath. Loft which can be used for relaxation or sleep has a queen sofabed.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure.

Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 13 People. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guest authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you, after which your credit card will be charged for the cost of damage or missing items.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.

Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, common and private property damage, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee If a situation arises that is out of our control we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Travel insurance is recommended to protect you against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products.
Snow Guarantee We cannot be responsible for the weather.

There are three living areas: The Den, The Great Room and the Loft. Comfortable chairs are by the gas fireplace for fireside reading. The Greatroom facing the spectacular grand staircase made of peeled-bark split pine logs. The greatroom measures over 1,000 sq feet. View of the living room area showing the entertainment centre (one of two) with HDTV. This TV also has Digital Surround Sound with Sub woofer, and a DVD player The loft overlooks the great room. It features chairs reading lights, pull-out Queen sleeper sofa and foot-stool.

Dining Area

The formal dining room seats 12, with additional island seating for 4 in the large kitchen. The table has 'leaves' which can be put in. The 'leaves' are located in a drawer in the Dining Room Table. There is an unobstructed panoramic view.

Special Features

The Greatroom with atrium is more than 1000 sq feet and overlooks the Monashee Mountains. The master ensuite bedroom features a huge tub and walk-in closet. All rooms have beamed ceilings, luxurious bedding. The loft features chairs, reading lights, plus a queen size sofa bed.

We are Bill and Sherry and we welcome you to Big White! We purchased our Big White home so Sherry could be near to her parents and so that our three young children would have plenty of excuses to become excellent skiers.
