Welcome to our ski-in / ski-out luxury vacation home at beautiful Sun Peaks Village! Trails Edge Unit 53 is very well finished, finely furnished, and fully equipped.

There are 3 bedrooms plus a den (with a queen over queen bunk - not a sofa bed), and with all of the beds having high quality mattresses providing a very comfortable and great night sleep for up to 10 people.

Our home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the champagne powder and the fresh mountain air. Look forward to some fantastic days on the slopes and trails, relaxing at the local spas, nights out at the restaurants and pubs in the Village, preparing your own gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and just get some rest and relaxation in front of one of the river rock fireplaces. 

Soothe your sore muscles in the private hot tub under the stars while your outdoor gear is drying on the boot and glove dryer.

If I had any complaint it would be the 5 min. walk to the Morrisey traverse to start the day. Just kidding. TE#53 is a wonderful ski/in ski/out condo and I fully recommend the lodging for any large party of 5 or more. Boot/glove warmers were a bonusand much appreciated. Thanks Norm. Expect an enquiry/res next year.

Another Wonderful Winter Holiday

This was our second year staying here and again we had a wonderful stay. The accommodations fit our needs perfectly for 7 adults and one child with everything provided for our day to day needs. The ski in-ski out location is very convenient and we had awesome skiing/boarding conditions all three days.

The only suggestion/request that I can add to improve the stay would be to have some kind of humidifier(s) available as the cold air in eastern BC is quite dry, especially inside the unit with the heat on 24/7. We will be back again next year as this ski trip is becoming an annual family tradition! Thank you! John and Betsy

Perfect Skiing/Seahawks Weekend!!!

We had a great stay with 6 adults and our 1 yr old granddaughter! It was the perfect size, had everything and more that we needed to feel like we were at our home! Ski in and ski out via Three Bears and the Morrissey Express was very nice to start on Morissey Mountain, come in for lunch and return to enjoying the two days of powder skiing we had! The Seahawks win on Sunday to earn a Super Bowl berth was the frosting on the cake to finish a perfect weekend! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home! My wife and adult children are already talking about coming back again next year!
