Welcome to our ski-in / ski-out luxury vacation home at beautiful Sun Peaks Village! Trails Edge Unit 53 is very well finished, finely furnished, and fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den (with a wall bed - not a sofa bed), and with all of the beds having high quality mattresses providing a very comfortable and great night sleep for up to 9 people. Our home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the champagne powder and the fresh mountain air. Look forward to some fantastic days on the slopes and trails, relaxing at the local spas, nights out at the restaurants and pubs in the Village, preparing your own gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and just get some rest and relaxation in front of one of the river rock fireplaces. Soothe your sore muscles in the private hot tub under the stars while your outdoor gear is drying on the boot and glove dryer. All the amenities as mentioned onsite as well as extra bunk beds in the basement. Ski in and a very short walk (2min) to the ski out. Would recommend to all.

Our unit is a luxurious townhome nestled slopeside at Sun Peaks Resort. You will enjoy ski in/ski out access as well as everything else the Resort has to offer within walking distance. Our unit has a private outdoor hot tub, and a large deck that overlooks Mt. Morrisey and views of the Valley. The unit has Wi-Fi a latte machine for your caffeine needs, a washer and dryer for convenience and a garage set up for ski and bike storage along with parking to keep your car and belongings safe and secure. A boot and glove dryer for 8 pairs of each ensures a great start each day for your outdoor activities.

Trails Edge Townhomes are located slopeside and are ski in / ski out. You are a short walk and within minutes to the Village Centre via the Valley Trail. The unit is located moments away from the Sports Centre including the skating rink. This is a quiet and peaceful setting. Reminder: Stop in Kamloops for your groceries at Safeway/Costco/Save-On-Foods for your main food supply. There are stores at the resort with limited stock. There is a well stockd liquor store in the village.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs You will be contacted after departure if excessive cleaning is required after your stay and to advise you if the damage deposit refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Excessive Noise Would result in eviction if two or more complaints are noted.

Missing Items You will be charged the replacement cost plus an admin fee of $50 for any missing items of significance noted after departure, and this amount will be deducted from your damage deposit. The Service Provider will do a complete walkthru of the unit upon departure.

Property Damage Your entire damage deposit amount will be refunded via cheque within one week after your stay, if there is no damage or missing items from the premises. In the remote chance that the property or its contents have been damaged destroyed or removed from the home, as determined via the post stay cleaning and inspection, the guest will be required to fully reimburse the owner for the total repair costs plus an admin fee of $150. This reimbursement will be deducted from the damage deposit refund. If the cost of repair for the damage exceeds the deposit amount, then payment of the excess costs will be required from the guest via credit card transaction through our alluraDirect portal, or by sending payment by cheque to the owner. The guest accepts these terms upon booking.

Property Details

For groups of 9 people maximum, you will park and walk in to the main floor with a convenient ground level entry. You will find fine furnishings, local oroginal artwork by Kendra, and a gourmet kitchen that is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, latte machine, and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and an array of basic food staples for your convenience. The open plan main floor also includes the dining area with a table seating up to 10 guests, and a well furnished living room with a large flat screen TV, DVD and Bose iPod dock music system. A powder room is on the main floor for convenience. The private deck (with a BBQ) and the picture windows offer fantastic views of Mt Morrisey and the sunrise in the valley, completing this great main floor layout. The upper floor houses three bedrooms, all with new firm/comfortable mattresses, and including; a master queen bedroom with ensuite, a bunk room (double over queen), and a queen bedroom. Another full bathroom upstairs serves the bunk and queen bedrooms. Downstairs in the basement, you will enjoy the family room comprised of a den area with a queen sized wall bed, and the games room with another large flat screen TV/DVD/BlueRay and foosball. From the patio door, you can walk outside to enjoy the private hot tub. On this floor you will also find another full bathroom, as well a utility room with full laundry, ironing, and a second fridge to keep the extra food and beverages that larger groups and longer stays will require.

Our family has been coming here to Sun Peaks for decadezs now, and all of our kids learned their winter sports at the resorts excellent and friendly facilties. In the past, we also rented chalets and townhomes, so we have come to understand all the big items and the little details that are necessary for a great stay. We have selected to own and fully equip this property based on those experiences.
