Great place and great location - 2 mins walk to gondola. Lovely views of Gondola and Moose Lodge. Very quiet. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable and suitable for condo capacity of 5.
As appears standard for Big White, kitchen amenities were Salt & Pepper, spices and coffee filters - would be nice to have a few more small use items such as cooking oil etc. Provision of Chromecast or similar for Netflix etc would bring entertainment options back up to top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

5 stars! This is our second time to Big White so we chose with a bit of prior knowledge and we would definitely go back to this rental!
The location is fantastic ( at base of Gondola) -Ski-out is great, zip up gondola and skate Right to Bullet lift or Left to ski down to Plaza, Snow Ghost or Ridge Rocket lifts. Ski-in is excellent, right to back door without having to skate across flat terrain or cross any roads, and works great for night skiing access. Restaurant access is excellent - steps away from Happy Valley Lodge which has a Cafeteria food section (fast serve and takeout), a casual sit down restaurant/bar and a separate upscale restaurant... or take the gondola up to ( and also back from) the Main village for many more options. For those without a vehicle this is a major plus! ( we had one but never had to use it...pretty much everything is ski in/ski out at Big White but this is especially convenient for the non skiing activities as well) On other side of the gondola is where Happy Valley has Tubing runs, Hiking trail, ski school, sleigh rides and snowmobile rentals etc. and although we were all adults, this location would be perfect for families with young kids.
Inside the condo was great as well! The view is incredible, you are surrounded by big windows so amazing view for the Saturday fireworks! Its very quiet in and around the building, and unit is right on the main floor for easy access, near the stairs and elevator to access ski lockers etc which was a much more difficult process at our previous rental, and due to the hill slope you are one story up across the back and side of the unit ( I mention it because you couldn't be closer to the lockers and games and fitness rooms but you still have the privacy of a higher unit). A full size, well equipped kitchen made our stay in cooking nights easy as well ( but shop before you get to the resort, they have a grocery store but its pricey). The private balcony and hot tub can be accessed through the master bedroom and from the main family room and was in great condition! We used it every day! The heated floors kept it very cozy and the steam shower was an extra treat.
This checked every box with zero compromises...a well deserved review ( even though I probably made it more difficult to rent again next year lol)

To Purchase an online day ticket:
- Head to bigwhite.com
- Select the date you plan to ski or board.
- Each person must setup an individual profile so that every ticket is assigned to a guest.
- Enter your payment details and automatically receive 25% off retail price.
- Upon purchase, you'll receive a barcode on your mobile device (or print out, if you prefer!).
- When it is time to head to the mountain, proceed directly to one of our new Big White Ticket Pick-Up Boxes located around the resort.
- Scan your digital barcode at the pick-up boxes to receive your physical ticket.
- Head direct to lift and enjoy your day on the mountain.
- Please ski and ride with care and abide by the alpine responsibility code.
Once you have purchased on online day ticket, you can reload the physical card one day at a time, using the WTP number found on the front of the card. Due to possible limited capacity, there may be limited number of tickets available every day so we recommend that you purchase well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets MUST be purchased online as ticket windows will not be open. Customer service will be available over the phone to assist you.
All tickets are final sale, non-refundable, non-transferrable and MUST be used on the date selected. Be sure you have only one ticket on you at all times as multiple tickets will prevent you going through the gate seamlessly. Please take a photo of the front of your ticket, as it makes it easier to replace if lost.

PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $1000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.

Cancellations Made by Guests | All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money for the proportion of days re-booked. Refunds processed will be subject to a 5% processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights, or vacation-related products. Covid 19 Policies:We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. If your country, government, or airline has an official “nonessential travel restriction” in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date. Between 90 days and your arrival date guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the amount paid towards a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. Or you can receive a refund of 95% of the value of the booking less applicable fees. We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Located on the main floor in the 18 suite Timbers complex, our single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck and private hot tub accessed from living room and master bedroom. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. Bedroom #2 has a single over queen bunk bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Access to main area bathroom from hallway. In-suite laundry facilities located off foyer.
