Really happy with the location. We stayed in a one bedroom and the layout made it no too cramped. Shuttle bus at the door or short walk down Blackcomb hill to dinner. Would stay there again.

Very nice unit in the Marquise.

We were very pleased with our brief stay in this unit. It was exactly as portrayed on the website. It was very comfortable and well-equipped. We have stayed in the Marquise several times before and find the complex to be well-maintained and quite convenient for access to skiing. In addition, the unit was very clean on our arrival, which is important to us. We would definitely stay there again.

If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative onmountain secure bike storage.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed should there be any excessive cleaning or smoking in the unit.
Excessive Noise No excessive noise permitted after 10pm in this building.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival, cleaned after departure, every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guests request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. Internet is provided by the phone company, we are not responsible if they have an interuption in service.
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premise.
Locking Door Please ensure door is locked at all times when not in condo. You must press the lock icon on the lock when leaving.
