Fabulous Ski Condo

This is one of the best ski condos we have ever stayed in. It was super comfortable and relaxing. Being located at the top of the village, and being an end unit with extra windows, the views of the village and the valley are unparalleled. It is truly ski in & ski out, with one of the quieter, less travelled ski trails going right by the unit.

The place was well-furnished and came with all the kitchen equipment we needed. And the private hot tub was amazing! The owners were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. This vacation home will definitely be our first choice the next time we visit Big White!

Amazing ski in/ski out condo with great views!

Great unit with an amazing location on the mountain. The access to Mogul Tracks for ski in/ski out is unbeatable. The corner unit location has extra windows compared to other units in the building. The views are amazing! Having a key code on the door was great for two adults and two teenagers who wanted to come and go at different times from the slopes.

The three bedrooms gave the four of us plenty of room to spread out. The master bathroom was nice and big, the hot tub was large with killer views and plenty of towels. The fireplace gives off great heat for the entire condo. Wifi was great for the four of us and all our devices. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room. The ski locker is a great feature for storing gear - the lock was a bit sticky at first, but maintenance came by to lubricate it the next day.

The living room could use some better reading lights, maybe even a small table between the two big chairs for a book or a drink. In the kitchen, the coffee maker and electric kettle are a bit old and could use an upgrade. It could use a few more tools - tongs, a few extra plates and extra drinking glasses. The railings on the inside of the fridge door are missing, so we couldn't use that space for storage. And the entry rug runner tends to slide and bunch up, making it a bit tricky with all the ski boots - need something to hold it in place so nobody trips.

But those are all minor issues - overall, this is a great condo with amazing views and an unbeatable location on the slopes! We'll be back!

Fantastic holiday

The accommodation was fantastic and excellent value for money. Slow cooker was great the smell of chicken stew cooking after day on the slopes, ski in/out and very close to village centre with shuttle two mins from door. fantastic beds very comfortable, lounge & kitchen areas also very comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend & stay there again.

Our rental polices are standard and reasonable. The main items are no smoking, no pets and no skis or snowboards in the unit (ski lockers are close by). This is an ideal accommodation for 6 occupants.

Reservation Changes Reservations maybe changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your stay if reservation availability permits. If you have not paid the balance then it will be readjusted to reflect your shortened stay

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without refund!.
Garbage Removal Removal of your garbage during your stay and at Check-Out Time is your responsibility. Trash Room is located at the center of complex
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guests request and expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Locking Door Doors must be locked upon leaving the premises. Guests will be held accountable for thefts or damages.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 occupants. Exceptions can be made with our written consent.
Missing Items Guest authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours for the building are 11 pm to 7 am. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighbouring families
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Tenant is responsible for leaving unit in exactly the same condition as upon arrival. Any damage will be payable by the tenant and charged to your credit card. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Tenant assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenant or guests of tenant.
