Our gorgeous corner unit features stunning views of the mountain and sits on the 16th fairway of the Graham Cook designed golf course. Enjoy the serenity from the main deck as you lounge in your private hot tub and enjoy the fabulous views on Mt. Todd. The well appointed kitchen with solid granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes it a breeze to serve up a meal to entertain your family and friends. Amazing family ski trip!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Ken and Tracey's amazing condo! The convenience of the condo's ski in and ski out location was perfect. After skiing, we all would relax and enjoy the hot tub and admire the lovely views of the mountains.

The condo is very well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. Everything was immaculate and well taken care of. They had a fantastic selection of DVD's for the whole family which we all enjoyed.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would happily book it again.

Our family of five loved this condo. Brenda was communicative throughout the process and the check-in/out could not have gone more smoothly. Our boys loved the bunk bed and the hot tub. We thought the location was perfect and the game stash was an added plus. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding. We will certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful corner unit. It was one of the best locations in this complex with easy ski-in/ski-out and amazing unobstructed view from the hot tub. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive.

The liquor store is located in the Fireside Lodge, in Village Market A guest can rent ski or snowboard equipment at the Village Day Lodge, McSporties (Sun Peaks Lodge), Jardines (Hearthstone), Elevations (Helly Hansen), Oronge (Fireside), Mutiny (Hearthstone) Sunpeaks massage, therapy and spa is located at ( Sun Peaks Lodge) The outdoor heated pool for the public is located at the Sports Centre just east of Cahilty Lodge across from Remax Mack Daddys nightclub is located in the Delta Hotel.


Location

Once arriving at Sun Peaks drive past the Main Village, turn right at Village Way (remax office at the corner) proceed staying to your right you are now on Valley Drive. Stone's Throw is located in the New East Village on Valley Drive immediately past the Mount Morrisey lift and just over the skiers' underpass. It is located next to the golf course on the left hand side. A short 10 minute walk to Sun Peaks Village and the Sports Center.

Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 10:30pm and 8:00am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. You will get evicted without a refund!
Garbage Removal Upon departure please take to transfer station on industrial way by Burfield Chairlift if you are taking the shuttle leave outside front door. Please do not leave outside overnight.
Housekeeping Upon arrival and departure.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Resort.
Locking Door Guest's responsibility to lock upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour cell phone number. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum number of 7 overnight guests for nightly stays. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 8 people or more for nightly stays.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighboring families.

Property Damage We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for short term nightly rental accommodation use.
Resort Information
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 7 overnight occupants. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace. You will not receive a refund!

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization.
