Northstar at Stoney Creek is perfectly located on the edge of Whistler Village, providing easy access to all amenities. Park your car (or bike!) in the secure underground car park and take the steps right to your front door.

The complex is in a peaceful setting and yet is only a couple of minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Fine dining is available throughout Whistler but with our fully equipped kitchen and nearby supermarket you may choose to create your own culinary delights!

A ten minute walk through the pedestrianised village and you will be at the base of both mountains. Alternatively you may prefer to use the Free shuttle bus, particularly after a long day on the slopes! The bus stop is just across the street. At the end of the day you can join other guests to relax in the heated pool and soak those aching muscles in the hot tub.

Our unit has private keyless entry with ski storage in the tiled heated entrance lobby. All the accommodation is on the ground floor with open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, together with a master king sized bedroom and bathroom with spa bath.

Cosy apartment and ideal location for village life and getting to the slopes. Plenty of space for 3 adults and one teen though storage not set up for snowboards (no surprise). Appreciated pool and hot tub after a day on the trails :) Maybe add a medium sized saucepan to the kitchen? Would definitely stay here again.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival . If you have paid in full we refund the balance payment if we can replace your booking. Refunds are at the re-booked rate and based on the number of nights rebooked. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. We recommend you have travel insurance in case of cancellation

Reservation Changes We are happy to extend your reservation subject to availability. If you would like to shorten your reservation your deposit calculated on the original booking is non-refundable . If you have not paid the balance, then the balance will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation. If you have already paid the balance, then if we can replace your booking, refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked. All change refunds are subject to a 5% fee
Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest authorise a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs .
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund .
Housekeeping Property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure . Mid-stay cleaning (including linen change) for stays over 7 nights. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at guest's request and expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guest or guest of guests while they are on our property, in transit to or from Whistler or at any location in Whistler Resort .

Property Details

Our property is all on the ground floor - no stairs - great after a hard day in the mountains. There is keyless entry - no need to worry about keys and all guests can come and go freely. The heated entrance has a seating area for easy removal of footwear, rack for ski and pole storage and a closet containing washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also a large cloaks cupboard for storage of outerwear. A fully glazed door leads to the main accommodation. The bedroom has a king sized bed with two nightstands, a large chest of drawers, Cable TV and a mirrored closet. The bathroom is across the hallway with jetted tub/shower. The living room is large and comfortably seats 5 and has a gas fireplace with slate surround. It is equipped with Cable TV, DVD stereo and Wire Free Internet Access (plus etherent connection if required) as well as a Queen sofa bed and further storage cupboard. The dining area seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware.

About Us

We first visited Whistler from the UK in 1999 when Liz learnt to ski. The following year Bob decided to try to learn to ski - he has been trying to learn every year since!! We spend most of our leisure time in the mountains, in the summer we climb up them and in winter we ski down them. We travel in Europe but we are drawn back to Whistler, spending more time here each year. We are looking forward to retirement when we intend to split our time between our home in the UK and our home here in Whistler.
