We stayed one week in this condo, beautifull, clean, quiet, lots of amenities, ease of check-in at arrival, no need to go to the reservation centre in town. We will definitely come back. First floor to get inside, but second floor from the ground, wish is safe and private. Only negative point, parking price 112.00 $ for the week thats a lot.

We had a perfect vacation. The snow was fresh powder, the villages were great and the condo was better than our last visit to Whistler when we stayed at the Four Seasons. We will be back this season and hopefully this condo will be available. We highly recommend this condo.....you will not be disappointed with the accommodation.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
Cancellations Made by Guests | Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking. |
Courtesy Hold Reservations | Courtesy holds can be placed for a 24hour period only. |

Guest Account Termination | The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements | The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement. |
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation | The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided. |
Excessive Cleaning Costs | $100 charge will be incurred for excessive cleaning after departure. |
Excessive Noise | No excessive noise allowed in building after 10:30 pm. |
Housekeeping | Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense |
Internet Availability & Usage | Free high speed wireless internet. Internet is provided by the phone company, we are not responsible if they have an interruption in service. |
Liability | Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises. |
Locking Door | Please ensure door is locked at all times when not in condo. You must press the lock icon on the lock when leaving. |
