Welcome to Stone Ridge


Enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, ski-in/ski-out Benchlands townhome in a quiet, private setting. Please click the "Photo Gallery to see more.

Your booking includes free internet, free parking,  and end-of-stay clean.  The unit has a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), and private hot tub on the back deck.  There is also a grassy area for the kids to play during summer.

The unit has oak hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and slate floors in the entry and bathroom.  Unit sleeps a maximum of 7 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds and a twin bed in the second bedroom.  The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and opens onto the beautiful dining room which then flows down to the sunken living room. Easy access entrance directly from the carport. Entry includes coat/boot/ski storage as well as an en-suite washer and dryer and electric boot dryer.

The village is within walking distance, or you can just hop on the free shuttle bus service in front of the complex.

The unit has a nice homey cabin feeling which we really liked, along with trendier touches such as a walk in shower, granite counter tops. Great location, a spacious outside deck with BBQ and large table. A nice touch was a large green space right behind the unit. Only one downside was that a three-bed room lacked a storage space (kids had their ski winter clothing), but overall the unit was great and met our expectations.

We are a ski in and ski out Townhouse located on the Blackcomb Benchlands, a hundred yards from the ski hill, and just up the hill from the Chateau and the Blackcomb Daylodge. The village centre and main shopping areas are only a ten minute walk away. You can also take a free shuttle bus that stops just outside the complex. Several restaurants including Milestones, Merlins, and the Fairmont are also well within walking distance.

Cancellations Made by Guests Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Balance of payments minus a 5% processing fee will be refunded if the dates can be filled.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4 p.m. We can sometimes accommodate earlier check-in times but should be organised with our property managers, Mountain Hideaways, well in advance.
Check-Out Time 10 a.m. We can sometimes accommodate later check-out times but should be organised with our property managers, Mountain Hideaways, well in advance.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Invoiced to Guest. Any unreasonable or excessive cleaning costs incurred due to Guest use is chargeable to the guest
Excessive Noise There is a noise restriction bylaw in effect at Stoneridge. Violations will result in eviction and payment of fines are the responsibility of the guest.
Housekeeping Complementary. Mountain Hideaways provide end of stay cleans & laundry for free & weekly cleans for stays over 7 days
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests or damage to and/or loss of their personal property while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items. Most times, guests inadvertently pack things away. Our guests are usually able to mail them back to us within a week.
Property Damage A credit card imprint will be taken on your arrival to cover incidentals & security deposit. Usually our guests are kind enough to report & offer compensation for excessive damages which are not due to reasonable wear & tear. The credit card imprint will be returned to you upon a satisfactory inspection and if no incidentals were purchased upon your behalf.

Property Details

Park free in the carport just left of the front door. Enter into the vestibule which has coat, boot and ski storage as well as the en suite washer and dryer. Down a few stairs to the dining room area, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The sunken living room and second bedroom are down from the dining area. The large private deck and hot tub are accessed off the living room. There is also additional free parking throughout the complex.

This townhouse unit has a warm, cosy cabin feel with its tasteful use of slate and hardwood flooring, oak railings, floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace, large private deck, all nestled amongst the trees just off the ski hill. Yet it is still only a short walk or free shuttle ride to everything that Whistler Village has to offer.
