We're pleased to be able to share it with a few friends, and we're confident you'll leave with great memories! Ski In / Ski Out that's one of the best on the Mountain. Ground level access, pet friendly and in the words of numerous guests...

Best Condo Ever

We keep coming back to this property for so many reasons but first in the list is always location. The view from the hottub, watching the groomer go by and being a true ski in and ski out make this the perfect rental.

This year due to it being booked solid we tried December and boy it did not disappoint. We had the best snow conditions, the hill was practically empty all week and Sun Peaks has done an amazing job of managing Covid.

Jeff and Ros are amazing to deal with and very responsive to any questions but after 12 years we have it figured out. The condo has everything you need including some of our favorites like an ice machine, coffee grinder, Tupperware for leftovers, laundry detergent and awesome beds and bedding.

We can't think of anything that would make this place better. Thanks for sharing your home with us all these years.

2nd year in a row staying here in September. Needed a place to relax for 5 nights as just completed a move and needed a week to unwind before moving in to our new house. The only little problem we have is with the Universal remote and TV. Doesn't always come together easily. But does work.

Awesome Accommodation with Stunning Views

Great accommodations fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay at Sunpeaks, including the stunning views of the mountain and ski runs. We stayed as a family of 4 with a 10 and 13 year old. The condo was plenty large enough for our family and easily walkable to the village. The cross breeze kept it cool during our week stay in July. The Owner is readily accessible via email and is prompt with responses. Can't wait to return for the ski season and again next summer.

Location

Stone's Throw is new condo complex at Sun Peaks. Located East of the original village, we have a great, unobstructed view, down the valley to the West. In the winter, true Ski in / Ski out. The groomer passes 50 yards from the Living Room. Direct ski to the Morrisey Express chair. In the summer, on the 16th hole of the golf course, highest elevation of any golf hole in British Columbia. Close enough to the Village to be convenient, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. 15 minute walk to the Village.

We've done our best to keep the rates as low as possible, you'll find we have all the extra's including top end Hot Tub (31 jets), surround-sound entertainment system, PVR Recorder / HD Television, flat screen t.v.'s, gourmet kitchen, King Size Bed, all the amenities you'll need to have a great experience, AND one of the best views on the mountain. Our Ski in/Ski Out just got better with the addition of the new Orient chair lift.  If you are a previous loyalty guest of ours, or you'd like to stay more than 7 days, call us to discuss a Special Rate!  Also contact us if you have pets you'd like to bring along.

This is our home away from home, and we'd love to have you visit. There are a few rules, so please review them before you visit. Policies are strictly enforced, and failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in cancellation or eviction.

Please note our home sleeps a maximum of 7, and we require notification, immediately, if a situation occurs otherwise. Without notification, you will be evicted, and prevented from visiting again.

If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact info@alluradirect.com between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise
Garbage Removal Upon departure. On your departure, housekeeping will empty the regular garbage from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom garbage bins.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure included. Stays over 6 days include an complimentary towel/linen change
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while on premises.
Locking Door Digital locking system. 6 Digit Code, state of the art, secure code, electronically generated to activate and expire with each guests stay.
