Loved the location, super close walk to everything and didn't need to take the car out at all the entire stay. The cleaning crew could have done a better job especially with the hot tub. Other then that, we were all very happy!

Upon arrival at the condo, we found the place to be unkept. We had concerns that we were in the wrong place somehow. I contacted the owner immediately and explained the situation. Within half an hour of the phone call, a pair of cleaners arrived and apologized for the mess left in the place. They went straight to work on cleaning of the place which included, removal of garbage, washing sheets and towels, vacuuming and making beds. Our group decided it would be best to leave for a bit to allow for the cleaners to finish. The cleaners did a great job in the time they were there and we had no other issues with the place.
Overall, it is in a fantastic spot on the hill, quick 1 minute walk to the Bullet chair and less then 2 minutes to the centre of the town. Access to the suite for loading and unloading was also very easy with a loading zone less then 15 seconds from the front door. Parking was in a double long heated garage around back with access via the elevator to the floor.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. As well, the BBQ had no issues which has been an issue at other places on the hill. Hot Tub worked great and provides great views of the Monashee Mountains.
The property worked well for our group of 8 adults and there were no other issues once the initial cleaning was completed. We will consider staying here again in the future.

The Condo is fantastic location. 2 Minutes walk to the Gondola and village and across the road up a metre of snow and clip in to the bullet lift. The owners were always contactable and courteous . The condiments range was fantastic and cleaning products available too. My only non enjoyable part were the showers. I found the en suite shower too small and both the shower heads sprayed making it hard to clean our selves.
I would highly recommend this condo and will be booking next time we come to big white.

The kitchen was fully stocked and more. It was a nice surprise to see a waffle maker, crock pot, etc which made cooking meals a breeze. Lovely views and a really great location. Overall great little get away. Thanks soooo much :)

We were a party of 12 (3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids aged 6,8, and 11). We were all impressed with the unit, as well as the location, and are already talking of a return trip to the same unit next year. It was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It had a generous supply of garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap - things that I often find lacking at other rental units.
The complex management was great and timely with snow removal of the walkways/access. We had a few questions for Scott while there, and he was very quick to respond to my text messages. We appreciated Scott's courtesy to sending the hot tub maintenance by (unsolicited) while we were there for an "extra check" to make sure the chemicals were balanced - given we were traveling with younger children.
The unit is across the street from the village and while this is not an issue (the location is great), we did find many drivers were not mindful of pedestrians so if you are traveling with children be cautious.
The only advice I would have for the owner would be to add a unit info sheet to the binder, to include wifi passwords, reminders on garbage drop off, fireplace instructions etc... We will not hesitate to book here again.

The location was great - walk across road, climb up 10ft, and click in and out of skis. We had some difficulty getting into our place but that was because there was too much snow! We arrived at night and the snow was cleared by next morning.
There was twelve of us for a couple days but we didn't feel too crowded. Apart from a burned out light bulb everything was fine and as advertised.
Scott was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would definitely consider renting this unit again. (don't leave the fireplace turned too high overnight or you may get too hot upstairs)
