Loved the location, super close walk to everything and didn't need to take the car out at all the entire stay. The cleaning crew could have done a better job especially with the hot tub. Other then that, we were all very happy!View Full Review

Upon arrival at the condo, we found the place to be unkept. We had concerns that we were in the wrong place somehow. I contacted the owner immediately and explained the situation. Within half an hour of the phone call, a pair of cleaners arrived and apologized for the mess left in the place. They went straight to work on cleaning of the place which included, removal of garbage, washing sheets and towels, vacuuming and making beds. Our group decided it would be best to leave for a bit to allow for the cleaners to finish. The cleaners did a great job in the time they were there and we had no other issues with the place.
Overall, it is in a fantastic spot on the hill, quick 1 minute walk to the Bullet chair and less then 2 minutes to the centre of the town. Access to the suite for loading and unloading was also very easy with a loading zone less then 15 seconds from the front door. Parking was in a double long heated garage around back with access via the elevator to the floor.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. As well, the BBQ had no issues which has been an issue at other places on the hill. Hot Tub worked great and provides great views of the Monashee Mountains.
The property worked well for our group of 8 adults and there were no other issues once the initial cleaning was completed. We will consider staying here again in the future.View Full Review

All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Guest Stay Policies

|Check-Out Time||10:am. Mandatory unless late checkin prearranged. A service fee of $100.00 dollars will be charged to damage deposite, if tenant is in unit upon arrival of cleaning staff.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|COVID Contact Tracing Requirements||The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.|
|COVID Maximum Guest Limitation||The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Please read house keeping policy!! A $200.00 dollar charge will be deducted from your damage deposite.|
|Excessive Noise||You will get evicted without a refund.|
|Housekeeping||It is your responsibilty to clean up all your garbage and dirty dishes. A $200.00 dollar charge will be deducted from your damage deposite if not cleaned up or you have left an excessive mess.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE AVAILABLE. All cost that are incurred as a result of the renters negligience will be deducted from the damage deposit:example pluging toilets or sinks,setting of smoke alarm,overflowing hot tub and misuse of barbeque.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||12 total adults / children overnight-excess occupants will result in eviction. Over 6 adults must be confirmed before booking . An extra charge of 40.00 a night per adult will apply .|
|Missing Items||Guest authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per our stated damage deposit policy.|
|Noise Restrictions||Please enjoy the hot tub but after 10pm you must be quiet. The surround sound is great but please respect your neighbors and be quiet after 10:00 pm|
|Policy Updates||Policy updates are in effected as of the start of each season. Please check site for any changes in policy's.|
|Property Damage||Upon booking a $1000.00 CDN funds is needed as a deposit,it will be charged to your visa on final payment, this will be returned after final inspection. Property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken private or common property items, all charges involving security company or police involvement regarding property and occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.|
