Loved the location, super close walk to everything and didn't need to take the car out at all the entire stay. The cleaning crew could have done a better job especially with the hot tub. Other then that, we were all very happy!

Upon arrival at the condo, we found the place to be unkept. We had concerns that we were in the wrong place somehow. I contacted the owner immediately and explained the situation. Within half an hour of the phone call, a pair of cleaners arrived and apologized for the mess left in the place. They went straight to work on cleaning of the place which included, removal of garbage, washing sheets and towels, vacuuming and making beds. Our group decided it would be best to leave for a bit to allow for the cleaners to finish. The cleaners did a great job in the time they were there and we had no other issues with the place.

Overall, it is in a fantastic spot on the hill, quick 1 minute walk to the Bullet chair and less then 2 minutes to the centre of the town. Access to the suite for loading and unloading was also very easy with a loading zone less then 15 seconds from the front door. Parking was in a double long heated garage around back with access via the elevator to the floor.

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. As well, the BBQ had no issues which has been an issue at other places on the hill. Hot Tub worked great and provides great views of the Monashee Mountains.

The property worked well for our group of 8 adults and there were no other issues once the initial cleaning was completed. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Getting To Our Home Once you Get to the Resort -------------------------------------------------------- Take Big White Rd, pass Copper Kettle on right, take next left Raven Ridge Rd second complex in.The middle building is the access to our garage.To get to the front of the building you need to follow Big White Rd around,go pass the Bullet chair on the right,it's the second building across from Stone Bridge. Looking at building we are third door from the right .You can unload from here only.Please put skis in the locker beside the front entrance.
