Where to Park When you Get Here: Park in underground parking, you have one reserved stall #2, placard is kitchen counter, place it on the dash of your car. (Please remember to place it back on the kitchen counter upon your departure ($20 charge if placard is not returned upon your departure) Underground parking code is 4152#.... Locked stairwell doors is 4152 There are two additional parking stalls for all complex guests... first come first serve!

Our townhome has the convenience of ski-in/ski-out with the peacefulness of the east village. Stone’s Throw is located next to the sixteenth hole on BC’s highest elevation golf course, and a short ski to the new Orient chairlift. Our Northern Paradise features gas fireplaces, pine woodwork throughout, and underground parking. Ski-in access is available by using the Sundance Express chairlift to Fair Dinkum. Ski-out access is available via the new Orient chairlift or Morrisey Express chairlift by taking the East Village Ski Way.

If the arrival date is greater than 45 days, 25% of the accommodation value will be due to confirm the accommodation. The remaining 75% balance will be due 45 days before the arrival date. Late payments will result in a cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit amount paid.

Damages:

Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes the charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
