Our condo has a great location: only a 5 minute walk to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountain gondolas.  Essentially, steps away from stores (IGA, the Gap, drug stores, liquor stores etc.), restaurants (Caramba's, splitz grill, spaghetti factory, mcdonald's etc), amenities (public library) and services (ski rentals and repair shops and bike shops).  We have a front desk (Whistler Reception  Services) where you'd pick up the keys to our condo and have access to special offers/coupons/discounts  to stores, restaurants, lift tickets and community events.

Our condo is updated and has a lot to offer:  We have 3 tvs, 3 digital cable tv boxes, 3 dvd and vcr players,  a stereo in the living room and ipod/mp3 clock radios in the bedrooms.  There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (full bath ensuite and a bathroom with a shower).  There is a free wifi internet connection for your tablet or laptop in our condo.  We have a common hot tub, exercise room, secure ski and bike storage.  Underground secured  parking available for a nightly fee.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a gourmet meal (including blender and mixer).   We have a baby playpen/crib for our younger guests.

There is a stacking full sized washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board.

The owner was super responsive to all communications. The property was ready for us for early check in. The location is amazing. We were there for Ironman Canada and the proximity to the finish line is unbeatable. The condo is very well stocked up with all the supplies and linens necessary. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Whistler.

We have a condo with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, 2 DVDs, 2 VCRs, stereo, internet access, insuite washer and dryer, iron and  ironing board, a private deck.  We also have a baby playpen/crib and high chair in the suite.  The master bedroom has A/C, the second bedroom can be arranged as a King or twin beds, (Note: please indicate your preference prior to your arrival as there will be a charge to change the bed arrangement after you arrive!) and we have a gas fireplace in the living room.

Website Service Fee Website Service Fees are non-refundable, with the exception to reservations made before March 15, 2020. If there is an officially mandated COVID travel restriction being imposed by the countries where the property and/or guest is located, website service fees may be usable as a credit. To claim this credit review, the restriction must be in place up to 14 days prior to your rental arrival date. All refunds will be processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and any currency exchange difference will not be covered. Please contact between 1-14 days before your cancelled arrival date to have reviewed. Flight cancellations alone will not be approved, a copy of the official Government issued restriction will be required.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
COVID Contact Tracing Requirements The property owner must be able to produce a list of guests who have occupied their rentals for contact tracing protocols in the event of an outbreak. The guest must provide names of whop will be occupying the rental property during their rental agreement.
COVID Maximum Guest Limitation The number of people is limited to the capacity of the space, plus a maximum of five visitors at any given time. Large gatherings will be removed from the premises and no refund will be provided.
Excessive Noise Will result in eviction.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Condo cleaned before and after your stay. For stays of over 7 days a complimentary midstay housekeeping.
Liability damage will be tenant responsibility.

About Us

We are from the Lower Mainland and work in Richmond, BC. We have 2 small children aged 6 and 9 years, a boy and a girl. We really love the Whistler area lifestyle as a getaway from the usual "rush" of urban living, yet we appreciate all the conveniences that Whistler provides! We hope you enjoy our Condo as much as we do! We have updated and decorated it to our own standards not as a rental property, but as our vacation getaway!
