This is a great condo with a great location. We had 4 adults and 2 12 year old kids and had plenty of room for all of us.

Condo is right across the street from the supermarket, which is very convenient. The owners were very nice and accommodating and we appreciated the detailed, laminated, instructions on how to use the TV/Cable. Swimming pool is nice and the hot tub off the master suite is awesome.

Would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it!

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction. We reserve the right to evict if we receive complaints of excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Hot Tub Treat Hot Tub usage with respect. We reserve the right to Shut-down the hot-tub during summer months. (May 01 - Oct 31)
Housekeeping Covered by your cleaning fee. Provided after each stay. General upkeep and respect of the property and its contents are upon the renter.
Internet Availability & Usage Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability Guest is liable for their own actions.
Locking Door Auto-lock. Door is always locked. Your code is needed EACH TIME you enter. Don't forget your unique code. Especially if you just pop out front to use the pool. :)
Maintenance Emergencies Strata emergency phone number 24/7.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9. An extra child on the couch is acceptable.
Noise Restrictions No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests.

When you come in the front door you will find plenty of storage for all your gear. Head up the stairs into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and look out onto the balcony & view northwards up the Whistler Valley. The top floor features 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms plus THREE private decks, the master bedroom deck features a 6 person hot tub.

We bought our Whistler home in Dec of 2016. We are a fun loving couple who enjoy travelling the world on adventures and hosting like minded people.
