Great space to enjoy Big White

Overall, a great place to stay! Excellent main living space with lots of space and light. Hot tub has a great view while remaining private. Would certainly come back. Only a few things to mention like: dusty in places, lack of a TV in master bedroom which could be improvements. That said, are you already taking reservations for next winter?

We were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the quality and location of the accommodations at #9 Southpoint in Happy Valley. It is really ski-in/ski-out accommodation. All amenities needed were there! If we return to Big White, that's where we'll stay.

We have vacationed at big white for 10 years and have stayed all over the mountain. The check in information, directions and condo itself were top shelf.

This was our first time staying in happy valley and to be honest not our first choice. Ski in and out were awesome, but clicking in, skiing a couple hundred yards, click out, wait in line for gondola, trudge thru village then make it to the lifts -an inconvenience. I know first world problem. As I said earlier, condo, amenities, accessibility, check in and out were all top shelf

Front door code access to our chalet with private heated garage and direct entry to chalet.  Queen bed in master bedroom and single over double bunk in the second bedroom.  Amenities include beautiful stone fireplace, open kitchen, FREE Internet service, steam shower, full size in unit laundry facilities, fresh linens and towels, cable TV, Google Chromecast, DVD player, play station 2,  games, books, guest parking, outside locked ski locker next to front door, garbage and re-cycling facilities steps away from the front door.

Arrival Days There are currently no restrictions regarding the day of guest arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests We wish to ensure our guests feel confident that they can book with peace of mind knowing we are making efforts to be as flexible as possible in these uncertain times. Updated Cancelation Policy Covid 19 If your country or airline has an official no travel restriction in place for the dates of your travel a refund less a 5% processing fee is offered. This policy applies up to 90 days before the booked arrival date. Between 90 days and 45 days, before the balance payment is due and paid, guests will receive a 100% booking credit for the deposit amount toward a booking for the same property for future travel up to 12/18 months from the cancelation date. If your booking is canceled within 45 days prior to the booked arrival date, a partial/pro-rated refund will be offered if we can replace your canceled dates or a portion of your canceled dates by another booking. Refunds processed within 45 days will be subject to a $50 administration fee as well as a 5% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the balance repaid. This does not include any fees that may be charged by AlluraDirect. If there are sudden changes to travel due to Covid-19 which prohibits travel, we will refund you 95% of your monies paid. Certain conditions apply. Guest Stay Policies

We aim to reduce waste and our environmental impact by providing large containers of soap, shampoo, body wash, hand lotion and household cleaning products vs. one use disposable items. As such, the consumables mentioned here are used by multiple guests ( before and after each guest stay) . Luxury mountain Vacation Rentals and its subcontract employees will not be held liable or responsible for any quality, tampering, injury to guests or occupants of the rental unit if the occupants use any provided products. Guests use these products at their own risk. We try to ensure a clean and safe product for our guest use. If you are uncomfortable using any of these products, we recommend you bring your own supplies with you for your stay with us.

Amenity Terms of Use Please respect all private and common amenities of the property. Damage or excessive cleaning to any amenity will be charged to the Guest responsible.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Inside small building in parking area has garbage and recycling facilities.
Housekeeping For the duration of the 2021/2022 season we will not be providing any additional housekeeping services to guests during their stay in the unit. Special requests for additional supplies will be considered on a case by case basis to ensure safety protocols can be observed for both guests and our staff. If you have specific questions or requests, please contact us.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet service is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm or any property damage suffered or caused by any guests or their guests while they are staying at our property or while visiting Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items. We will notify you in advance of any charges.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Two very large comfortable sofas and lounge chair, great relaxing after a day on the slopes and to enjoy the views of the beautiful Monashee Mountains. Incased in our shelving units you will find a large TV with HDTV, including over 90 channels as well as Movies, Sports and more on Demand, Video/DVD player, Stereo CD Cassette, books, and games.

Beautiful Large Oak table and chairs that will seat 8 people very comfortably. Great for entertaining!

Special Features

Our home is located on the ski run to Happy Valley which provides for great Ski In/Ski Out! It is a short walk to all the great services at Happy Valley; tubing park, snowmobiling, sleigh-rides, skating, cross-country ski trails, restaurants, bar, wine bar, daily entertainment. The Gondola is minutes away, and will take you to the Village Centre for additional services, shops and restaurants.

About Us

Hi, We have been skiing at Big White now for over 15 years and have had many outstanding family holidays! This is a great Mountain that offers a terrific variety for all levels of skiers and boarders! The people that work on the mountain are very friendly and helpful, which means you get great service in a very relaxed environment. We come to Big White at least once a year, and if we are lucky we are able to squeeze in a second trip! Along with it's great skiing it has many different activities to offer that will suit either a family holiday, a group of friends, or a romantic trip for two. Enjoy the great powder and have a fantastic holiday!
