Great house for us, a large family group - very spacious, so that we were not on top of each other. Access to ski hill a short distance by car and the village ski bus stop very nearby. Best equipped house we have ever stayed in. We would definitely come here again. Highly recommended!

We have been coming to sun peaks for the last 5 years. This is the best house! The house is fully stocked with everything including seasonings, coffee, tea, etc. The room setups are great for multiple families as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Location is unbeatable with just couple mins drive to the lifts. We had a great time and will be back next year!

Comes as advertised, short walk to the village, comfy beds, great cooking pots and pans, massive cold room to keep all your stuff fresh and cold. Owners are easy to deal with and the place is current with a smart tv and fast wifi for the kids!

Our Home is an excellent home for extended families. Our family of 12 stayed for a week during Christmas and had a wonderful time. With 5 bedrooms and bathrooms every couple had their own space.

The kitchen and great room are very spacious and fill with all the utensils you'll need. The owners even secured a Christmas tree for us. The cold room is great for storing pop and perishible items. The bunk room was great for our young adults. The chalet is a 10 minute easy walk to the village.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely rebook. Thank you so much Sharon and Scott.

Excessive Cleaning:

Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon financial responsibility for property damage excessive cleaning or missing items.

Excessive Noise:

Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbors.


Neither the Property Owner nor Rental Manager shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the Property Owner or Manager and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. The Guest booking this accommodation is responsible for making all members of the party aware of these terms, failing which the said Guest will be held liable to and shall save harmless and indemnify the Property Owner and/or Manager, from any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising as a result thereof.
