We gladly welcome our guests to the fabulous Whistler Resort and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our condo is spacious and comfortable with many personal additions. It offers our guests the choice to truly enjoy all that Whistler has to offer or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of it all.

Overall this was a great property. One complaint is that we couldn't sit on one side of a couch due to broken springs, so that made relaxing uncomfortable for one in our party. And the parking charges are excessive. Otherwise it was well equipped and a nice property. Our kids loved having the pool, and the location is very convenient for the villages and Lost Lake.

Great place to stay for the $. Pleasant 10 minute walk to the lower village. Only slight negative is the price for parking at the Marquise. $16(Canadian) per day seems high, however a necessity since finding parking on the street is not impossible but difficult.

We had a wonderful weekend! The only negative thing was the blinds in the main living area were broken and we could not put them up to enjoy the beautiful view!!! But we would stay here again for sure!!!

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.

Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $100 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Please take garbage down to bin located on P1 parking level.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by the phone company, if they have an interuption is service we are not responsible
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises

Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Secure individual ski lockers provided. Please do not store equipment in condo under any circumstances. Damage from equipment storage in condo will be at guest expense to repair.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, damage. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace
