Welcome to our cozy ski condo at Sun Peaks. It is perfect for a great ski or summer getaway and is close to all amenities in the Village. We have made an effort to provide everything a vacationing family or couple would need to enjoy their stay.

European style condo complex that is a 2 minute walk to the lifts and a 5 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is grocery and amenity shopping as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 3 minute walk to the recreation center with a outdoor pool, skating rink ( summer - tennis court ). The golf course club house is in the main lodge in the village.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate:refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation
Delayed Arrivals no refunds. we are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed when balance of payment is paid. Later for last minute reservations
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10 AM. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Guests are expected to maintain noise levels acceptable to others enjoying Crystal Forest. See our 'Terms of Eviction'
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival: cleaned after departure:every 7th day if staying for more than 8 days. additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guests expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free hi-speed wireless internet is provided.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency phone numbers are provided in the unit.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity four people overnight (excluding children under two) Excess occupants without owner's knowledge will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Parking & Ticketing Free secure underground parking is provided for one vehicle. Subject to a height restriction of 7' 9
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zoned for nightly rental.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Private lockable ski and snowboard storage is provided.
Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace

 About Us

Gord and Bonita are long-time residents of Kamloops (in fact Bonita was born here), have two grown children, and have had the pleasure of experiencing Sun Peaks for many years.  Gord and the girls have enjoyed the great snowboarding at Sun Peaks while Bonita has prefered cross-country skiing over the downhill.  During the summer, we have enjoyed the wild flowers, biking, hiking, swimming, as well as fly fishing in the lakes nearby.  We hear the golfing is great too!  Thanks for checking us out and we hope you get a chance to sample Sun Peaks soon and enjoy it as much as we have!
