European style condo complex that is a 2 minute walk to the lifts and a 5 minute walk into the centre of the main village where there is grocery and amenity shopping as well as a number of restaurants and bars. It is a 3 minute walk to the recreation center with a outdoor pool, skating rink ( summer - tennis court ). The golf course club house is in the main lodge in the village.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Guests are expected to maintain noise levels acceptable to others enjoying Crystal Forest. See our 'Terms of Eviction'|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival: cleaned after departure:every 7th day if staying for more than 8 days. additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guests expense|

|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.|

Gord and Bonita are long-time residents of Kamloops (in fact Bonita was born here), have two grown children, and have had the pleasure of experiencing Sun Peaks for many years. Gord and the girls have enjoyed the great snowboarding at Sun Peaks while Bonita has prefered cross-country skiing over the downhill. During the summer, we have enjoyed the wild flowers, biking, hiking, swimming, as well as fly fishing in the lakes nearby. We hear the golfing is great too! Thanks for checking us out and we hope you get a chance to sample Sun Peaks soon and enjoy it as much as we have!

On arrival the welcome note, wine and chocolates were a wonderful greeting plus the welcome folder provided heaps of useful condo and village information. Everything in the well-appointed apartment was spotless and items were exactly where they were supposed to be. Nice added touches like gorgeous candles, spices and condiments for use in the very clean and utensil-complete kitchen as well as cool iPod docking stations really made staying at the condo feel like being at home. The mattress was firm which I really prefer and it was great to find extra blankets even though I never needed them. I loved sitting by the fire after a hard day Nordic skiing and soaking away my aches in the hot tub in the falling snow. It was useful having the ski locker where I could put my Nordic boots and skis at night. I loved being away from the main village and shops as it was quieter and a short ten minute walk along the Forest Trail, starting at the Ice Skating Rink, was a beautiful way to get to the village for a morning latte at Vertical Cafe, rather than walking by the road. The road was lit up at night time when I walked back from dinner in the village. I had a particularly good vegan pizza at Bella Pasta. The supermarket had good stocks of veggies and massive punnets of fresh strawberries which were reasonably priced and delicious. There was nothing I could honestly say about the condo which I did not like! I would most definitely go back to the condo as it made the holiday so much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.
We have rented this condo for several seasons now. This year as in the past everything was in excellent condition. The unit is well laid out and appointed. It is a very welcome place to come home to after a day of skiing. We are happy to recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in any season at Sun Peaks
The condo is well situated close to the lift and close enough to town yet very quiet. The condo is well appointed and has many nice little touches like cables for ipods/computers. Overall the condo is very comfortable and has the feeling that the ownners take great pride in it. A very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit or stay in it again!
A perfect unit for a small family or just two adults. The skiing was superb, followed by a glass of wine in the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a selection of restaurants in the village.
We found this unit to fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is great, and the hot tub is divine. The place was very clean and neat. Thank you for the courtesy bottle of wine! We had slight trouble with the internet until I found my computer was trying to link up with a neighbour's weak open signal. We did not mind at all the 4 mins of skating required to get to where the ski slope begins. It is nice to be on the ground floor.
The condo was great, well equiped, and tidy. The hot tub was fantastic!
Five days of skiing, each day better than the previous. Drag ourselves back to this perfect little condo to soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine. Life doesn't get better than this!
This place was wonderful. Everything was clean, where it should be, and comfortable. The hot tub is great after a day on the mountain. The fireplace is warm and inviting. The place is in close proximity to the lifts. Parking was easy. Nothing was broken. Conditions on Sun Peaks was better than i could've asked for. Overall it is a fantastic place and I would go back without hesitation. Highly recommended!
We have been renting this condo for several years and it has always been kept in tip top condition. It is a cozy and welcoming home to return to after a day on the mountain.
During our stay, the weather was absolutely perfect, so the location was great. However, in order to get to the chair lifts for skiing, we had to drive, but we didn't mind that either. The room was very comfortable and cozy, and we especially liked the heated floors. The hot tub was also great whenever we came home from a long day of skiing. Thank you very much!
Gord and Bonita have a lovely place at sunpeaks and my boyfriend and I had the best weekend spending it at their condo. All you need to bring for your stay is food, wine and your snowboard. Going in the hot tub after a day of boarding was unreal, curling up to the fireplace on a chilly winter night was romantic. The location was great-so close to the village and right across from the skating rink (both of which we enjoyed) We plan to book again this season!
From a gift bottle of wine for us on the table to coffee in the freezer, they had everything covered here. The location was very close to the village and the underground parking was a bonus. The unit was small (average for a ski resort condo) but had everything you would want. At the end of the day, we soaked in the hot tub right on the deck, then relaxed on the couch. We would definately stay again.
Clean, cozy, and super comfortable! We had a great stay at Gord & Bonita's place over a few days of outstanding skiing. The special touches were a great surprise (wine, chocolates, and birthday card with birthday beer!) that added to a great getaway. Nothing like a hot tub soak at the end of a great day of skiing. This is a great place for a couple to enjoy Sun Peaks. Thanks again to G&B;.
Great local,centered between lifts and town.Just a short snowy walk. Everything we needed was there. Just needed to bring skies and steaks for bbq. The hot tube was hot. That has to be the best way to end your day. :0) My wife and I could not find any falt. I don't want to say to many good things or it will be all booked up next year.lol.
Gord and Bonita Wiens provide a very cosy and well equipped vacation condo in the quiet Crystal Forest complex. The location is short stroll to the village and readily accessible to the village and Morrissey ski lifts by skiable village paths. We have enjoyed their condo on many occasions over the past five years, and always found it clean, well prepared, and a restful home away from home.
