This Sun Peaks luxury 3-level townhouse has lots of room to live in including:

  • Downstairs is a large family room with a beautiful electric fireplace to keep you cozy. The family room has a living and sleeping area with a double/twin bunk and a queen size fold out couch. It also had a full bathroom. Ideal for a second family. On this level you will also find a private porch with a deluxe hot tub.
  • The Main and Entrance level includes a gourmet kichen, dining and living room with a beautiful river rock gas fireplace - all in an open floor plan with beautiful fir hardwood floors or heated ceramic tiles. There is also a large private deck with a barbeque and great views. The main level also has a 2-piece bathroom. 
  • Upstairs is home to 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a full ensuite bathroom (with heated ceramic tiles) and the master bedroom also has a balcony with fabulous views.

Woodhaven is located in a prime location across from the future home of Sun Peak's "East Village" backing onto the back nine of the golf course.

It is an approximate 10-15 minute walk (1 km) to the Main Village. On Sat., Sun. & Mon. throughout the winter season, a free shuttle bus service picks up out front Woodhaven every 20 minutes from 8:15 am until 12:00 noon, and then again from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Extended services during holiday seasons. Check with Guest Services in the Main Day Lodge for changes to this schedule.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week!.
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less $25 transaction fees, if booking is cancelled 60 days or greater in advance. Reservations cancelled 59 days or less in advance are refunded only if we replace your booking. These refunds issued the first day of your (cancelled) arrival where applicable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations We do not hold reservation without payment. Payment is required for reservation confirmation.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort/condo information and coded access instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10:00 am. You will be charged $35 if our cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest will be charged an extra $30/hour for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The hot tub area can be used, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families.
Garbage Removal Please remove your own garbage. Sun Peaks offers a conveniently located municipal waste transfer site by the Firehall. Turnoff at the Burfield Chairlift.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Although we have wireless internet, we are not responsible for any downtime.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided upon final payment
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 people overnight - excess occupants will result in eviction.
Missing Items Guest is responsible. Missing item costs will be taken out of damage deposit.
Noise Restrictions Quiet zone from 10pm-7am.

 About Us

Hello and let me introduce ourselves....we are Jacquie, Celine and Dave and we LOVE SNOW!!! Between us we love to x-country ski, downhill ski, snowboard, iceskate, go sledding, have snowball fights and best of all - make snow angels, so we are all very excited about purchasing our new home at Woodhaven in Sun Peaks. We have been owners at Sun Peaks since 2003 and found that we love it so much that it was time to upgrade to bigger, newer, ski in/ski out home. Besides snow, we also love to travel and were able to take our trip of a lifetime in the summer of 2003. This was 98 days in Europe. We researched and booked it almost exclusively through the Internet. We feel that through our travels, we have gained a huge understanding of what people desire in a home away from home and have put this knowledge to use in our Sun Peaks accommodation.
