 Welcome!

Welcome to one of the best developments in Sun Peaks.  SKI IN SKI OUT to alpine,  nordic and snow shoe trails, heated underground parking, and backs onto Graham Cook Golf course.   (An excellent place to build snow men and go sledding in the Winter!)

Our unit is a very sunny 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment, with its own seperate ground level entrance.   King  bed in master bedroom, and a queen  bed in 2nd bedroom .  Master  has its own ensuite.

Kitchen is fully outfitted and finished with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top.  It overlooks dining and living areas. 

Apartment has secure free WIFI, DVD player, Flat screen High Definition TV, IPad/IPod docking system with speakers. Books and board games. Smaller TVs with built in VCRs  in each bedroom, private laundry.

Secure ski storage locker in Front Porch

Patio is "hot tub free", a wonderful place to sit out, cook on the BBQ, and take in the views of Morrisey Mountain   

Bathrooms, hallway and kitchen all have radiant heat floors.

SKI IN SKI OUT Stone's Throw is situated in the tranquil East Village, located on Valley Drive immediately past the Mount Morrisey lift. It is located on the 16th hole of the golf course - across the fairway from the Morrisey Connecter.   Less than a 10 minute walk village, via Valley Trail

Our unit is conveniently situated a couple of steps away from access stairs to underground parking lot.   Unit sits in the middle of the complex opening out onto spacious courtyard, and has wonderful views to Morrissey mountain.  Sunlight streams through the many windows in this south west aspect apartment.

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 Must be 25 years or older. The member of the party who is making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for the rest of the group..
Babies, Kids & Teens We welcome kids and families. The property does not have a cot, therefore families with babies are advised to bring their own.
Groups Renting Multiple Properties We allow groups renting multiple properties to use the common areas of our property, such as the dining or living area.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We will accept long term renters. Please contact the owner for more details.
Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed in property, or Patio. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Seniors We welcome seniors. In fact we believe that Seniors will find our unit very comfortable ! And will not have to sleep in a bunk bed.
Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We accept travel reseller bookings but do not offer referral fees.
Not Suitable For:
Celebrations & Special Events Absolutely no parties or special events can be hosted in the property and premises.
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside Permitted No smoking is allowed inside our property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Wheelchairs Whilst property can accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access, there are no lifts or ramps from car park to property (just steep steps). There are also steps within Stones throw complex, and a step in property's front porch. As such property/ development is not suitable for those confined to a wheelchair, but is suitable who can walk with assistance for short distances .

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline Must book and pay full balance at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By clicking the AGREE button when paying online, you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area. Instructions and a map will be provided. In event that garbage is left in the appartment, guests will be charged $15 per bag
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure included (and before arrival !). Stays over 6 days include an complimentary towel/linen change
Internet Availability & Usage The property has is own wifi network, Guests will be provided with password, and also contact details of service provider in the event there is a network issue. Property Manager cannot assist guests in this eventuality, as such guests are asked to contact service provider directly.
Liability
Locking Door Digital locking system. Secure code, electronically generated to activate and expire with each guests stay. Guests are required to securely lock all doors and entrances when they are not in the unit or upon departure.

Boots or other outdoor foot wear must not be worn inside, apart from hallway. They may be stored on mats in hallways or hall cupboard Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common or private property damage or threat of damage, disturbing the peace, excess of maximum sleeping capacity, or violation of any of our policies. You will not receive a refund!

Where to buy Tickets can be bought at Day lodge (on way to village), or just ski down to Morrissey lift and by them at Kiosk before getting on lift

Groceries

Kamloops Just a 40 minute drive away -Many large Stores including Costco, Save on Foods and Safeway
Local Bluebird Market, under Delta residences is a short walk away, and provide staples and a reasonable selection of other foods

GAS -

There is no Gas station in Sun Peaks ! Fill up your gas tank before you arrive. Heffley Creek General Store is the last stop for fuel.
