Welcome to our 1 bedroom retreat in the heart of Sun Peaks Village. Ski in - ski out from the lobby. Convenient to all local amenities.This is one of the largest units in FIRESIDE LODGE. It has a fully equipped kitchen. One large bedroom with 2 double beds. There are 2 large windows in the bedroom for lots of natural light and a more spacious feel.  Bedroom now has 32 flat screen tv! Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Internet- Wi-Fi and cable included.Brand new  42" LG flat screen HDTV and Blu ray player now installed. APPLE TV just added so bring your iTunes.Gas fireplace and large balcony with south facing views of Mt. Morrissey. Fully equipped bathroom with bathtub / shower and a window.There is an outdoor hot tub at ground level and a secure ski locker room. Includes heated underground parking At no extra charge. Building has an elevator. 

This unit is at the end of the corridor with no units above or on either side......so no noisy neighbours!! 

The Restaurants, Shops, Night Life, Liquor Store, Groceries, Recreation Center (outdoor heated pool / hot tub), outdoor Skating, Tube Time, Tennis, The Valley Trail, Cross Country trails... all at your doorstep.

Sun Peaks is convienently located 45 minutes from the Kamloops airport which is serviced by West Jet and Air Canada. Shuttle and car rental available at airport.

The Fireside Lodge is located in the Village, and is ski in / ski out. Walk to the Restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, from the public outdoor heated pool, to the outdoor skating rink and Tube time. No need for a vehicle, this is the ideal location for you to enjoy a fabulous winter holiday

Non-Smokers Only Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property.
Seniors We welcome seniors.
Not Suitable For:
Celebrations & Special Events Absolutely no parties or special events can be hosted in the property and premises.
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Groups Renting Multiple Properties We don't allow large groups beyond our sleeping capacity to stay or use our property for any purpose including all types of gatherings.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) Sorry, we do not allow long-term renters.
Pets No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Subleased Tenants Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) Teenagers are welcome when accompanied by parent(s)

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Arrivals accepted on any day of the week.
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits are non-refundable except for exceptional circumstances.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for late arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Arrival /check-in instructions with coded access will be sent upon final payment. Bylaws will be forwarded and must be adhered to
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation at the discretion of the Unit Owner. Deposits will not be refunded
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guests agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of the Owner or their booking Contact without prior written consent from the Owner and/or Contact, except under force of law or for law enforcement purposes. Guests also agree to not use Owner or Contact personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Owners and their Contact.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Strictly enforced
Check-Out Time Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Strictly enforced unless prior written approval has been provided
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive Noise Immediate eviction will result without refund. If a fine results for the non-compliance of the Bylaw, the guest will be responsible to pay the fine
Housekeeping Complimentary prior to arrival and after departure. Cleaning and/or Laundry during your stay must be arranged prior to arrival. The guest is responsible for these additional charges. Mid week cleaning is not always possible depending on the availability of the cleaning company
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property, Fireside Lodge common property, or any other location in Sun Peaks.
Maintenance Emergencies On Call. Numbers will be provided on final payment and available in the room. After hours emergency calls will be charged at $50.00/hour if it is considered an emergency that could wait until office hours.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Six
Property Damage Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items and damage as per the stated damage deposit policies. All items are accounted for by the cleaning/maintenance company
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Skis / Snowboards are not permitted in the unit. Please use the ski locker located on the 1st floor or store them with your vehicle. Ski / Snowboard gear is the responsibility of the guest
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 5 overnight occupants without written permission. No refunds
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rental.
