In the summer, The Aspens is a five minute walk into the Village to catch the Whislter gondola for alpine hiking. Walk to Lost Lake and swim in a fresh mountain pond, or walk along the Valley Trail. Short ride down to the bike park.
Restaurants and shops are located in the Upper Village, which is a short stroll down the hill. Continue along from the Upper Village, go over Fitzsimmons Creek and you are in the Village.
For conference attendees, the Telus Whistler Conference Centre is under a 10 minute walk, and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler is just down the hill in the Upper Village.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||If cleaning required is more than the normal 2 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest. Including but not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Any extra cleaning costs to restore the apartment to the same condition as it was upon check in.|
|Excessive Noise||Will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.|
|Forgotten Items by Guest||There is a $15 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay. The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.|

Very basic but very nice. After staying at the Aspens many times - one of the best options. The air conditioning is a blessing for summer in Whistler! Kitchen is a little tired but functional. Old CRT TV could do with replacement though you are not really in Whistler to watch TV! Highly recommended!
It was the end of the winter (April 21 to 27) but we still could ski very well. The apartment was clean, very well located and provided with every think we need. The parking lot was a bit expensive ($15 /day). Wonderful place to stay,
We has been to Whistler many times but this was our first time at The aspens. We loved it! So close to everything and true ski in ski out. We will be back for sure!
Terrific place! We even enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having our apres ski snacks and libations. Close to anything we wanted -- just had to walk down the hill and into the village for shopping and restaurants. Only negative was that I would have liked the ability to turn down the temperature a tad. Amazing time!
We very much enjoyed the ski-in/out location. The aspens has a ski valet service, which we don't particularly care for--would prefer self-service on skis, but it worked fine. Wi-fi service was OK, but slow and slow to connect, and we never tried using the TV or stereo, so couldn't comment on that. Pool / Hot tubs were nice. Workout room had two or three pieces of equipment, one of which was out of order. Overall, we'd consider staying there again. The owner was very responsive and felt solid. It was OK for the 4 of us (2 kids).
Only problem was broken glass all over kitchen floor when we arrived and the wireless internet did not work. Lighting could be updated. Over all great place to stay.
The apartment was in a great spot and was really quiet. It was an easy walk up the hill from Upper Whistler via the dirt track out the back of the pool area. Had everything I expected and was well supplied and had a large fridge which is good for the summer. The pool and the hot-tubs are great. Shut early in the summer (10pm) could do with being later for those of us a bit younger!! It actually has Wi-Fi and a TV, even though the site information suggests it only has wired internet access (this is important to people travelling only with smart devices!) and isn't clear to all from the wording.
Kerry's apartment was spacious, quiet and very cozy. What great views!! We had no problems whatsoever and felt so at home there. A highlight for us was the delivery from The Grocery Store in Whistler which was in the fridge for us arriving. As travellers from the UK we were awake at 3 in the morning it was heavenly to have coffee and cereal etc on hand. Thanks Kerry for suggesting that we arrange that and for being our contact with them while we were still in transit. We have stayed in the aspens several times in the past and some of the units are getting a little tired. Not this one...everything worked perfectly, lovely comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Our son particularly appreciated the duvet supplied for the sofabed,no dodgy blankets as we have had elsewhere. The wifi was much enjoyed by all and the pool and hot tubs were fun. The ski in ski out is just perfect and we enjoyed the short walk to the Village. We would definetely come back to stay here.
We enjoyed our stay at The aspens very much. The location next to the ski hill and close to town was great. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The hot tubs relaxing and enjoyable. Good times!

The unit was clean and well equipped. Ski in/out location is excellent and the upper village allowed for quiet nights rest after skiing. Quite possibly the best hot tubs in all of Whistler, with a great party atmosphere. Look forward to my next vacation at the aspens Pete
The condo is in a fabulous location - you can ski right out on to blackcombe. The condo was spotles, well-equiped kitchen and nicely laid out. I would have given this an above average rating except that bith the bed and pull-out bed were very uncomfortable. The pillows were also not good - the lumpiest, cheapest pillows - have ever slept on. We all woke up each morning with aches and pain not from skiing all day, but from the beds!! The last thing I want is to feel sore from sleeping when I start my day of skiing...so this was a major reason why I would not rent there again.
We return to the aspens each year during the american thanksgiving holiday. This unit is located with great views to the mountains and the aspen courtyard with pool & hot tubs. Ski in ski out location of the aspens can't be beat!
This was great accomodation for my teenaged son and I . Serious about our time on the hill, we are typically up early and on the hill just after opening. This location is wonderful with just a quick slide down the hill to get on the lift and at the end of the day it's ski right up to the door. The aspens has solid services and everything we need when we come to Whistler for that one special week of the winter. This condo was the best outfitted unit I've stayed in and we were well supported with detailed pre-trip information about the unit,the aspens,and Whistler itself which was much appreciated when you are planning and self-booking a holiday from the other end of the country. As much I appreciated the clean and well appointeed unit, I appreciated the effort made by the owner to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and their availability and backup support should there have been something go wrong.
Comfortable and clean, quiet, great view of mountain/skiers/hot tubs/pool- enjoyed our stay, and especially the hot tubs. Not inexpensive to stay at (especially during Presidents Week) and you pay extra for parking but then again this is a ski-in ski-out property at Whistler; would definitely book it again.
We had a great time during our stay. The location is excellent. The unit is cozy and kitchen is well equipped. If there is any room for improvement, I would say that the internet connection could have been easily set up wirelessly instead of wired from the far side of the wall. This will also make it more flexible to use a computer in the bedroom.
This is a very comfortable apartment with views of the pool and the ski hill. The location could not be better. Kerry was very attentive. We have stayed at The aspens before and this is the first time an owner has ever called on our arrival to check and see that everything was ok. We would certainly stay here again.
