This living room is finished with luxurious furnishings including a large coffee table, TV with DVD player and excellent sony sound system with MP3 plug in. You will enjoy unobstructed views of Mt. Morrisey and sliding door access to a delightful south-facing deck for year round tanning. As well, for those chilly nights there is a gas fireplace surrounded by handsome ledger stone.
The adjoining dining area has a wooden dining table which easily seats 6 plus 2 plush bar stools at a granite counter. All tiled areas are heated flooring.
