Enter into the foyer, a great place to hang your ski attire. Up a flight of stairs brings you into the main floor with open concept living & dining area, adjoining is a full size gourmet kitchen with a large eating bar. The master bedroom equipped with ensuite, a second bedroom and bath for those extra guests.A double sofa bed in the living room allows for extra people to a maximum of 7. The hot tub is located on a private deck of the main living area and bedroom. All areas have amazing views of Mt. Morrisey

Bike Storage Storage area is provided in the garage - it is marked #11.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Early check in may be accommodated - please check first.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $100.00. This will be deducted from your damage deposit
Excessive Noise Excessive noise will result in eviction.
Garbage Removal Tue and Fri. Garbage must be bagged-up and left inside 9:00 am - do not leave outside unit
Housekeeping The unit has been fully cleaned and ready for your arrival. The unit will be cleaned after your departure
Internet Availability & Usage Unit has High-Speed Internet.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to you or your guests while you are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks.

About Us

We are the Dingemans Family and happy to welcome you to our moutain home "Dingemans Den". We consist of Jan and Marjolein and our two boys JanJacob and Thuen and our Golden Retriever, "Buck".

Living in a tiny country like Holland,  with a population density similar to Bangladesh, we are overwhelmed time and time again, by the incredible beauty and vastness of Canada and the friendliness of the Canadians and their laid back approach!

Finding our Den in Settlers Crossing was a dream come true!

Being both lawyers and accustomed to a busy and scheduled life with two wild boys, we are always happy to come to Sun Peaks - being together, skiing in winter and walking the mountains and ramble the area in summer and we think of nothing else!!

We have stayed in sun peaks for 5 years in a row and we always love to stay Settlers Crossing. These luxurious cottages are great bang for the value, ski in and ski out, and never disappoint. Will continue to go back year after year. Check in was simple, as we received emails right away with all the check in info. Heated floors, nice kitchen, wifi, etc. Also love how someone checks the hot tub daily so you know it will be working when you get off the ski hill.

My family and I had a wonderful ski vacation at Sun Peaks and a wonderful stay at Dingemans Den. Andrea Nielsen's home was magnificent at Sun Peaks. Ski in Ski out. It had all the amenities and was a very close drive to the main village. A relaxing hot tub was the perfect gift after a day of skiing. I would recommend this place to all. Thank you again andrea.

We just went up to have a few days away with our kids. We don't ski but like to go for walks and shop. The hot tub was great and it was really private once you open it up! I likes the open kitchen so you can visit while cook. I also like that there was a TV in the spare room that the kids can watch a DVD in the room late at night. Everything was so clean! Service was great. We will for sure be doing this again! We also loved the underground parking!! Thanks Tammy, Denis and Kids :)

Great wiew from the hot tub, ski in and out not ideal. About a 15-20 minute walk to the village. The unit was great very comfortable. Very untolarable and unfriendly for being a few minutes late checking out. Make sure unit is spotless when you leave excessive clean up fees.

Perfect Condo in a great location

We have now stayed in the Dingemen's Den for the past two seasons and plan on coming back annually. The condo is perfect for a single family up to 5. It is cozy, has right amount of space, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The layout is great with Parent bedroom on one side (with Master Bath) and kids on the other side. Kids love having the double bed with bunk on top, and their own TV and DVD player. After skiing, we spend the afternoon in the private hot tub on the deck, then lounge on the leather sofa's in front of the fireplace. The unit is on the 2nd floor and is very quiet. Settler's Crossing is easy to ski down to the Morrissey Lift, but we usually put the kids in the car and drive to the Main Lifts, as that is where we ski most and it is very easy. We used to visit Whistler annually, but are now Sun Peaks converts. It is a slightly longer drive from Seattle, at 6 hours including stops, but well worth it. Perfectly family oriented, better value, good skiing and lodging, and no lines! My only recommendation is to stop in Kamloops and load up on food their, because the market in Sun Peaks is limited and expensive. Overall, Sun Peaks is amazing and this is the unit to stay in for your family!

We loved the apartment, very spacious and well appointed. Hot tub fabulous after a day of snowboarding! Everything you needed was provided, great ski-in from village and ski-out to Mt Morrisey. Short walk to village, as are all the accomodations in Sun Peaks. Great to have heated covered parking, stopped our windshield from splitting. Really lovely stay, will certainly recommend to friends and if we come back to Sun Peaks, will definitely look to see if this is available. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo, it is a ski in/ski out (about 200ft away), and is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, knives, spices, salt/pepper, etc. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, welcoming and cozy!
