Enter into the stone tile foyer with ski rack and large coat cubicle for your ski attire. A flight of stairs with landing takes you to the main floor . Adjoining the open concept living & dining area, is a full size stainless steel gourmet kitchen with eating bar. The main floor master bedroom is outfitted with fully enclosed glassed sun shower ensuite, a second bath room and bedroom is located on the main floor, upstairs a private third bedroom is a great retreat for the children or additional guests. The private balcony with hot tub can be entered off the main living area or master bedroom. Majestic views of mount Morissey can been seen throughout.

We hope you enjoy the extras we have provided. We have tried to think of everything! Having been renters ourselves in the past, we know how annoying it can be when a condo is not fully stocked. We have provided two ipod docking stations, games, books and a state of the art entertainment system with surround sound. The kitchen is ready for entertaining - serving platters, spices, champagne glasses and of course wine glasses! The amenities in Stones Throw 57 are endless - we hope you enjoy your stay. Once at Sun Peaks drive past the village day lodge to the stop sign, turn right on Valley Drive stay to your right and drive over the skiers underpass, you are now at "Stones Throw". Parking is located in the second underground parkade on the left hand side. Once parked proceed up the middle flight of stairs and turn right, walk 75 yards..... Stones Throw #57 is on the right hand side.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $125.00. Will be taken from damage deposit
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated. May result in eviction
Garbage Removal Tue and Fri. Garbage must be placed inside unit at front door by 9:00 am on pick up days - do not leave outside overnight

 About Us

We are two Australian families with a fondness for skiing in Canada. Having made the long trek annually for 10 years to Whistler and Sun Peaks , we settled on a property we could enjoy as a family in Sun Peaks. Blessed with dry snow and powder conditions we like the ambiance of the Village, the uncrowded slopes and diversity of runs which a 3 mountain resort provides.


We have furnished and equipped our townhome to a high standard so we would enjoy lux surroundings. Being a keen cook there is nothing worse than finding inadequate equipment, and missing utensils. With this in mind, the kitchen has been equipped to a professional standard with a comprehensive fit-out to meet the most discerning guest. And there are plenty of wine glasses!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Sun Peaks and really appreciated the quick response and assistance that was provided by the owner to make all of the necessary the arrangements for a last minute ski trip. The rental unit was fully equipped with all of the necessities and comforts for the adults and 2 teenage boys in our family. The convenient location was ideal for both Nordic and alpine skiing and we will definitely be back again!

What a lovely comfortable and luxurious home! All the little touches - kitchen and bathroom supplies, even drying sheets for the laundry - were much appreciated. We could have stayed forever. Ski-in and ski-out was easy enough, probably not quite as perfect as within the village but easy enough anyway. Relaxing on the big lounge in front of the fire after a hot tub after skiing was just perfect. Two well equipped and beautiful bathrooms with heated floors - just what a family needs. Washing facilities - quiet and right in the kitchen were extremely handy and efficient). Kitchen facility was heavenly. Only downside was the extended evening walk to the village for dining out - could have been just a bit closer especially for walking home after dinner at -12c. Our family would like to visit Sun Peaks every eyar and certainly would stay at Outback Inn again.

The unit was clean and well supplied. The only issue was that the internet connection was very poor and cut out continually. Would suggest replacing the router and the cable as the cable had a broken connection clip. Otherwise we had no issue with the unit and our stay was enjoyable.
