Welcome to the Jeffery's Sun Peaks Winter Retreat!!  Great Ski In/Ski Out convenience.  Enjoy our professionally decorated and cozy condo (2007). We have tried to include everything that you will need. Comfortable beds, private hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and a warm cozy atmosphere. 

Three LCD TV's:  32" in the living room & dvd player, 26"with DVD player in the Master and a 20" &  DVD player in the kids room.  We have cable and high speed wireless internet.  In the living room we have CD player with docking station and selection of board games.  

Ski in /Ski out is just 6 steps away from our front door.  Simply walk outside put your skis on and ski across the 16th fairway and down to the Mount Morrisey Express (Quad high speed chair) for some great early morning runs.   At the end of the day take the Sundance Express Lift, then Rambler to the East Village Skiway and then onto Fair Dinkum, ski across the fairway and you are at our door.  

We are a ground floor end unit located at the south end of building #1 with very easy access from the underground parking garage.  There is a large outside lockable ski locker for your skis and poles.

Property Description

Our unit is perfect for a family of  4-6 or two couples.  We have two full seperate bathrooms on each side of condo so there is lots of privacy.  Each bathroom has a shower and tub with heated tile floors.

The dining room seats 6 people and there is also a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools for a great glass of wine after a tough day on the slopes.  

We have a private deck with 6 person hot tub and a gas BBQ

Special Features

Our unit is located at the end of Building #1.  The access from the garage is very easy.  There is a ski storage closet (lockable)  just outside the front door.  Just inside the front door is a  large foyer to take off ski boots off and then walk onto the heated tile floor.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. This allows time for the cleaners to prepare for your stay
Check-Out Time 10:00 am sharp. Please ensure that you are out by 10:00 as this allows the cleaners time to get ready for the next guest
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If the unit is left excessively dirty then extra charges will apply. If dirty dishes are left then a $10 extra charge will apply, if pots & pans are also left there will be an additional $20 charge
Excessive Noise Please be respectful of the neighbors. No excessive noise between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Excessive noise during this time is grounds for eviction.
Garbage Removal Garbage will be picked up by our property manager. Instructions will be in the unit. Due to the threat of animals garbage cannot be kept outside of the unit.
Housekeeping No daily maid service. The unit will be freshly prepared for your visit however, daily service is not available
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Ski Res.
Locking Door Please ensure that doors are locked at all times. The access code is easy to use and no keys to worry about
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour emergency contact. Numbers to be supplied in orientation booklet in unit
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7. This is the maximum number of people who can stay in the unit
Noise Restrictions This is a family oriented complex please respect our neighbors. No excessive noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Excessive noise is grounds for eviction
Parking & Ticketing 1 Parking space. Underground garage
Property Damage Guests are responsible for damage to the unit and any furnishings. Our property manager will check the unit shortly after you leave. If there is damage to the unit we will contact you to discuss reparations

 We have been visiting Sun Peaks since 1997 when our 2 boys were 5 & 8.  We love the place and have been returning every year since.  We think the Sun Peaks is a real gem, great skiing, no crowds and friendly family resort.  We live in the Toronto area and try to get out 2-3 times a year.  We hope that you enjoy your stay.

Our stay at Sun Peaks was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable with a great layout that offered separate spaces to be in but a nice open space to share. The kitchen and bathroom were better equipt than other rentals I have been to. The fireplace offered a cozy atmosphere. The hot tub was also luxurious. The beds were comfortable and there was no question about the amount if bedding available. Outside the condo the mountain was amazing. Great skiing with little to no line ups on the lifts. A quaint and sufficient village to pick up small grocery items or in our case great season end sales for gear. A fantastic experience for the whole family.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. We were able to ski in and out easily. The hot tub was great at the end of each day. Staying in this beautiful condo changed our usual Spring Break ski "boot camp" into a relaxing ski holiday instead.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jeffrey's immensely. The condo was comfortable and cozy. When we arrived, the kitchen, bedrooms, and washrooms were clean and well stocked with essential items. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place. The location was a bit of a longer walk to the village than anticipated, but this wasn't a huge issue.

Just wanted to say what a great time we had. We had never been to Sun Peaks before at all, so were delighted to discover that this unit truly was "ski-in/ski-out". A few steps out the front door and we could ski down to the Morrisey Lift, and skiing back was just a little jaunt over to Sundance and down the East Village Ski Way. Easy, even for noob skiers like ourselves! The unit was extremely clean and well-outfitted, and we definitely took advantage of the hot tub. We tacked on an extra day to take advantage of the good weather, and Nancy was quick to take care of that. All-in-all, we had a fantastic time, and as soon as get Spring Break dates nailed down for next year will hopefully book again!

Great condo - lots of space for a family with 3 kids. Loved all of the amenities, such as the washer / dryer, Ipod dock, and gas fireplace. Now that I know all that is in the appliance cupboard, I would plan my meals around the slow cooker, sandwich maker, and other handy items. The private hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a full day of skiing. The only shortcoming is that there were only 5 bath towels in the condo, so as a family of 5 also using the hot tub, we would have liked twice as many towels. The ski - out at day's end is very handy and do-able. The ski - in at the beginning of the day requires a bit of work, but we would recommend taking the bus to the main lifts rather then trying the cross country path with the kids in tow. Taking the Morrisey lift is also do- able, but it was very cold on that mountain the day we attempted that entry and wasn't a great way to start our day. The check in would have been fine, except the confirmation email specified only the building number, and not the unit number. That was important info to have at 11 pm! I would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend Sun Peaks to other families as a fun, and not too busy resort.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were concerned that the unit looked out onto the parking lot but it turned out to be a total non-issue. The unit was very well appointed with respect to furniture, tv's, games, dishes etc., but we were surprised that there were no condiments at all in the fridge and no spices or other cooking supplies as every other unit we have rented had at least the bare essentials if not more (which is the only reason I didn't rate the unit as excellent). The owners were terrific to deal with and if you have children or two couples who were looking for a golf/ski getaway I would not hesitate to recommend this unit. Just remember to stock up on your groceries in Kamloops before heading up - and grab some ketchup!
