 Property Description

Unit 37 at Snow Creek Village is a one floor condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. A cozy living area includes a well equipped kitchen and living area. The eating area includes a table that can comfortably accommodate six people, with bar stools for an additional three people. The deck is home to an eight person private hot tub and BBQ as well as a veiw of Mt Morrisey. A prefect location for a family getaway or holiday with two couples.

Unit 37 is located minutes away from Sun Peaks Village. The property is a very short walk to the ski slopes and is easy ski-in. A quiet location with great access to the valley trail system.

We kindly ask that all guests respect the posted check in/check out times. There is a refund of 1st nights deposit + taxes if cancelled more than 7 days after booking and more than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival are not applicable for a refund, unless we are able to rebook that same time slot.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Up to 45 days before reservation date. A charge of 4% on the existing payment will apply to cover credit card fees and processing expenses. Exceptions may be negotiated only on the basis that the unit is rented again by us for the cancelled dates.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged to renter.

Gary & Shirley Petrovics and Dan & Linda McIntyre are proud owners of this cozy Snow Creek Unit #37. We have owned Unit #37 since January 2001 and are very proud of our second home at Sun Peaks Resort and try to use it ourselves when ever we can. We hope your stay here will be as memorable and fun as our visits always are. We wish you lots of fresh powder during the ski season and lots of sunshine to golf, hike and bike during the summer season.
