Tigger's Triumph commands one of the most coveted ski-in/out locations on the mountain. Anyone who desires a memorable family vacation or reunion should consider Tigger's Triumph for your next get-away.

We designed this home with family in mind. It is perfect for family gatherings where there are multi-ages of kids and adults. From the time you enter, you will feel at home.  The decor gives it a warm - open feeling. The main floor living/dining space is large - providing plenty of gathering space in the kitchen...or living room....with an adjacent library and desk. The upstairs loft provides alternative space to sit and read a good book, watch TV or a DVD, or hook up to our wireless internet.
The suite provides a completely separate living area where you can cozy up to another gas fireplace, watch TV, read a good book or listen to music. The entertainment room downstairs with a ping pong table and entertainment center provides yet another fun place to be.  No matter your mood, there is a cozy spot for you at Tiggers.

 Property Description

Very spacious 2,500 square foot, 3-floor home plus 2 private balconies and 2 gas fireplaces.

Lower suite has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6,  with its own private entrance, kitchen, laundry, full bathroom, fireplace and ski locker. There is a 2-car garage and 3-4 outdoor parking spaces. On the lower floor there is a recreation room with ping pong table and entertainment center. Main floor has kitchen, dining and living areas, custom stone gas fireplace, patio with private hot tub and floor to ceiling windows looking up the mountains and ski runs. The master bedroom and loft/sitting area is on the upper floor with a private balcony and glorious view of Mt. Morrisey and the valley.  The master bathroom has a  full bathroom and heated floor.

This house is perfect for several families to stay together with as much, or as little privacy, as desired.

With high cathedral ceilings, the living room becomes the central meeting place connecting all parts of the house. Gather round the comfy custom-made log furniture and the unique river rock gas fireplace and watch, out the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the snow fall on the mountain.

Dining Area

Tiggers Triumph dining experience incorporates the greatroom concept with the kitchen and livingroom in one space. With the high ceiling fan and the suspended funky chandelier, and international artwork, your guests will want to linger after each meal. You can choose to sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen on a custom-made log stool or sit at the antique oak table to take in the scenic mountain backdrop out the floor-to-ceiing glass windows.

Ski in ski out at its best, our chalet sits at base of Exhibition and Cruiser. - hand-crafted log furniture, spacious open plan, mountain atmosphere -unique international art - large hot tub - mountain-facing deck off living room and south facing deck off master bedroom , plus adequate parking and garage.

We have designed the house with large groups in mind.  No more waiting for the bathroom or late departures onto the ski lifts in the morning!  The bathrooms are partitioned to allow privacy and minimum waiting times with a separate room for the shower , sink and  toilet  so several people can be using the bathroom at once.

Thoughtful Spot is a  2-bedroom suite with an adjoining door to the main house.  You can have as much or as little privacy as you desire.  With its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom and sitting room,  large groups with different schedules and routines can be easily accomodated. 

Young and old can come together at Tiggers Triumph and feel at home.  The great-room looks out to the ski runs and adjoins the kitchen.  The Recreation Room has a ping-pong table and an entertainment center.  We now have internet access as well.  Other special areas include Thoughtful Spot, the basement suite where you can relax and listen to music or watch TV in a separate environment if so desired.  There is also the loft with a TV and sitting area looking out at Mt Todd through the great room cathedral windows.  The master bedroom with its private deck overlooking Mt. Morrisey, has a lounge chair and a desk with views out to Mt. Todd ski runs offering a quiet oasis to read a book or relax after a day's activities.

Located in one of the first and best areas in Sun Peaks Resort, Sunburst Estates, Tiggers Triumph is at the base of Cruiser and Exhibition runs and just minutes away from the Village and lifts.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days Guests can arrive on any day of the week. There are no arrival day restrictions
Cancellations Made by Guests Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee
Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness for all, we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not . The first party to book the property by clicking RESERVE NOW gets the dates in question
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, no refunds.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent by email upon making balance of payment and mailing a check for the $200 damage deposit to owner. Includes directions and access codes upon receipt of damage deposit check by mail.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A contract will be sent to you from Tiggers Triumph and must be signed and returned upon paying the deposit.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Not permitted. Late payments will result in cancellation of booking without refund
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Property Sale All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense

Guest Stay Policies

Check-Out Time 10 am. Check in advance for possible late departures
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage
Excessive Noise This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands
Locking Door front door and mudroom keypads.
Maintenance Emergencies Local maintenance service responds with 24 hour pager.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 10 for Tiggers or 15 for whole house. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
Missing Items Owner reserves the right to refuse business to past guests who have defaced or damaged the property. Owner also reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation
Noise Restrictions Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
Parking & Ticketing garage and outdoor available.
Policy Updates Guests are accountable to the policies posted on my web site at the time of booking the property and are not subject to policies that were amended or added after their booking was made.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $500 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation.

Snow Guarantee For each day that greater than 70% of the lifts are closed due to extraordinary weather conditions, the Owner will refund 50% of 1 corresponding night. Guest must notify Owner on the qualifying day so that lift status can be verified. Valid Jan 1-March 31

Fill up your gas tank before you arrive There are no gas stations at Sun Peaks. The closest one is at the bottom of the hill just off Highway 5.
