This nicely updated condo is located in Snow Creek Village at the renowned Sun Peaks Resort. It is ski-in/ski-out and a short walk from the village center. Our beautiful condo is very comfortable, convenient and has the best view in the complex. You will love the warmth, great proximity to the ski slopes and the village. You can have your skis or snowboard on in less than a minute from leaving the front door and will be at the bottom of the lifts in minutes. To get home again, for lunch or at the end of the day, just take the platter lift and ski down the Gentle Giant (suitable for beginners). You enter the Complex between units 12 and 13. The platter lift runs a little later than the chairs giving you an opportunity to meet your friends after the lifts close, have some refreshments and still ski home. You can walk to the Village (for shopping and restaurants) in about 5 minutes taking a short cut behind the Recreation Centre, which houses the swimming pool. The skating rink is a 4 minute walk currently and will be a minute with new location for Winter 2016. High speed Wireless Internet Access is included in your rate. Location & Map


Snow Creek Village is the perfect location for Sun Peaks. The back steps to the unit literally end at a ski trail. We are 200 meters from the village, 100 meters from the recreation center which has a heated pool and offers family activities. Despite this central location, the unit is very peaceful. Once the lifts close, enjoy a private, quiet, soak in the hot tub with a wonderful view.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged to Renter. Will come out of the Damage Deposit.

Garbage Removal At end of your stay. No garbage is to be stored outside. All garbage can be put into a big black garbage bag ant ied up for the cleaners to remove at the end of your stay.
Housekeeping Housekeeping is provided prior to your arrival and after your departure. We provide extra cleaning service at your request, for a fee.
Liability In return for providing a rental unit, we are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

We loved this place. Four guys from New Zealand on a two week ski trip. This was stop two along the way of three resorts. It had a very functional kitchen; lovely finctional lounge and dining area; en-suite for the master bedroom and the hot tub (spa pool for you kiwis out there). The hot tub/spa pool was apparently checked for cleanliness every day and it certainly looked that way. Bed wise, apart from the master bedroom with a queen/king size (hard to tell as I had it to myself), there was a fold out couch and in the second bedroom a bunk bed, the bottom bed being a double and the top a single. In theory you could fit three couples and a single person but in reality it would be more comfortable for one or two couples plus one each for the single and fold out couch. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the village or up a bit to ski down to the lifts. We had to pay a rather large amount on top of what we had already paid for parking at our accommodation at Whistler, so the garaged car park here included in the price was awesome. The instructions were easy to follow (pay special attention to the knack of opening the door). It was recommended to us by a fellow kiwi and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Thanks for a great few days.

This is an excellent place to stay and we enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub and location so close to the ski lifts were big hits and the kitchen had everything we needed. We gave everything top marks except that the description did not say you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is also not a lot of room to dry ski clothes and ski boots.

This was our fourth time renting this condo during Spring Break and as usual we had a lovely, lovely time. When we arrived we found the place clean and welcoming and extremely well stocked: there is always an abundance of supplies (loads of dish cloths, tea towels, kitchen paper, washing up liquid, garbage bags, coffee filters etc) which gives the place an air of generosity and caring. In addition there is a supply of basic necessities for the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil, ketchup etc so if you wish to cook and forget some basics you are not stranded.

This condo is very well located, a few minutes walk for the village and has a great hot tub on the deck. The internet access was great and we had Netflix access on the flat screen which was a very nice bonus.

This has been our second year staying in Mark and Mary Turner's place and our third year staying in Snow Creek. We love the location, such an easy ski in and ski out and the kids can manage to come and go on their own. The Turner's place is very comfortable and well equipped.

We've stayed at various condos at Sun Peaks, but nothing beats this one for location. So close to the slopes so anyone who was cold or hungry could quickly pop in. Minutes walk to the village. Had everything we could have asked for. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely cosy clean apartment. Close to town and very easy to ski in and out of. had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, soft comfy beds. Kids loved the Wifi for their computers. The board games were a nice idea. easy check in and everything worked beautifully. The owners were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. loved the Hot tub. fantastic views of Mt Morrissey and the winter wonderland outside our window. The hardest part was 2 flights of stairs after a days skiing!!

All was good. Master bed a little uncoumforable.

My family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas vacation at Sun Peaks. Definite pluses to this place were, the hot tub, ski in and out, a quaint little village, and trails for the novice to the expert. It's stretch to call the place 3 bedrooms, as the third "bed" is a pullout in the living room that left a bit to be desired, but all other beds were comfy and well equipped. We would recommnend for 5 sleepers only! But we would definitely go back!

Thank you for your review Peggy. Yes comfortable sofabeds are hard to come by for sure. The couch is still very comfortable but we want to change to leather for a more modern look and have found one with a 5" mattress and as comfortable sofabed as we have ever been on. This will be in place by mid-February when we go back up.
