 Property Description

#3 Woodhaven is a three level townhome with ground floor entrance to a double garage. The main living area boasts a large open area with soaring ceilings, for entertaining that includes kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also a large bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed. A full bathroom is also on the main floor. Hardwood stairs lead to three large bedrooms on the upper floor all with hardwood floors and luxury bedding. There are two bathrooms on the upper floor, including the master suite with a deck. The lower floor houses a full laundry room and a rec room/bedroom with fireplace, 32" LCD television and a queen size top end sofa bed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is beautifully finished with top end wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Appliances are all stainless steel and there is a large counter with four stools leading to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped in every way with all the necessities.

Living Area

This room has 20 foot ceilings and windows with views to Mr. Morissey. A gas fireplace and hardwood floors complemented by wood framed windows set the stage for a feeling of luxurious space. The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen.

Dining Area

This room is equipped with a large dining room that comfortably seets six or more. There is a large deck of the dining room. The dining room connects the kitchen to the living room and makes for a large open space for entertainment.

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your travel plans
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Access code will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are responsible for all cleaning costs over and above those of normal use.
Excessive Noise Eviction may result due to excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping included. Light housekeeping every 4 days for stays longer than 1 week. This includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming if needed, garbage removal, linens changed and cosumable restocked
Liability We are not responsible for any injuries and/or loss sustained by guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort. Guests and their guests assume all liability for injuries and/or loss
Locking Door Always keep doors locked. Please lock door behind you after checking out. Damages resulting from failure to secure premises will result in additional charges to renter

 About Us

We are a professional family with young children. We fell in love with Sunpeaks the first time we visited about seven years ago. We love it so much that we now own two homes, one at Stonesthrow and one at Woodhaven. We bought at Stonesthrow last year and then fell in love with the development at Woodhaven so much that we bought the display unit.
