970 square feet of total living area. Two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Laundry and pantry area off of the kitchen. Seating for 6 at the dining table with room for 3 more at the bar. Large windows facing the mountains, with sliding door access to the deck and hot tub from both the living room and from the master bedroom.

Location
Stone's Throw is a recently added condominium complex at Sun Peaks, located east of the main village in the East Village area near the base of the Morrissey chair. In the winter, true Ski in / Ski out. In the summer, on the 16th hole of the Sun Peaks golf course. Close enough to the Village to be convenient, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful. To get there go through Sun Peaks village and just past the Morrissey chairlift.
Stones Throw is the first complex on the left-hand side past the ski overpass. Our unit is #43 in building 5 of the Stones Throw complex.

This is our home away from home, and we hope you enjoy your stay. There are a few simple rules that we'd like you to adhere to during your visit, so please review them beforehand. These policies are strictly enforced, and failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in cancellation or eviction. Please note our home is restricted to sleeping a maximum of 7, and we require notification, immediately if your situation does not conform to this restriction.

Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Assessed at checkout. Rental includes normal unit cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be evaluated and passed on to the registered guest. |
| Excessive Noise |
Noise to be kept to a minimum after 11:00 PM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping outside noise (including in the hot tub) to a minimum after 11:00 PM. |

| Property Damage |
The cost of repairing or replacing damaged property will be charged to the guest upon departure. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: damage to common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. |
