The granite counters and heated slate floors are enhanced by the rich wood doors and trim. The bedding is plush and inviting when you finally tire from the days activities and have completed the heaven's inspection from the hot tub.

Failure to comply will result in a deep cleaning fee on your departure.

We prefer family groups. Please note that we have a 4 adult maximum occupancy policy, unless otherwise approved by the owner. Non-compliance will forfiet the damage deposit.

Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking on. Our site takes live reservations 24 hours/day/7 days/week; therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, but we do not refund for delayed arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests will be charged for excessive cleaning costs incurred as a result of their stay.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in the Sun Peaks resort.
Locking Door The front entry door has a coded entry for guests convenience. Both sliding glass doors are locked from the inside.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated property damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm as per loac bylaw. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 11pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11pm out of respect for our neighbors.
Policy Updates Our policies may be updated on occasion, so please refer back to this site as needed.
Property Damage A 500.00 damage deposit is charged at time balance is paid. Refund will be issued by cheque by Owner. Damage includes, but is not limited to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behavior while in the property or on common premises and all loss of use cost resulting from the aforementioned situations.

Local Tips

Don't Forget

Fill up your gas tank before you arrive just after leaving Kamloops at the Husky Station on the right. We recommend buying your milk and juice here also as the stores in Sun Peaks may be closed if you arrive late. Also call your credit card company if you are visiting from the states or they may stop charges after a few transactions thinking your card may have been stolen.

How do I obtain a discount on my lift tickets? If you plan to ski/board for 3 or more days then you can save time and money by obtaining a value card. You can obtain a value card in guest services at the main day lodge at the base of Sunburst/Sundance lifts or in advance online or by calling guest services at (250) 578-5474


How many parking stalls are there? We have two parking stalls in the garage.

Lift Tickets

Where is the closest place to buy lift tickets? You can ski out of the unit down to Morrissey lift and buy tickets there.

Mountain Bikes

Is there storage for mountain bikes? There is not storage for mountain bikes in the unit.

About Us

We have rediscovered Sun Peaks after a real affection for Tod Mountain years ago, before the resort started. This has always been one of our favorite ski areas. The choice of runs is amazing in the winter. As a family, we really enjoy the year round activities at Sun Peaks. We enjoy skiing, snowboarding, golf, mountain biking, heli-hiking, fishing and dirt biking, all of which we can enjoy right out the door of our vacation home. We were so pleased with our stay - what a perfect spot. A bit of a long haul to get your bags etc. up to the condo, but it's worth the effort. Terrific views (especially from the hot tub) and fantastic ski in/out ability. Lots of space for two families with kids. The place is in very very good shape - like new. I have stayed in a few different units in this complex, but this one was by far the best. You won't be disappointed. Thanks!

We stayed in a ski in/out condo. The home was lovely..a little crowded but we managed. Some suggestions for improvement...larger coffee maker, all six of us drink coffee and this maker only serviced 4 people. More coffee mugs would be appreciated we only had 3, there were tea cups but coffee drinkers like mugs :). The condo was in need of a good dusting. Place mats for the table were also missing. We would stay here again if those things were rectified. Ruth Penner

The service was professional, prompt and the unit was very clean. The pictures of the suite and views do not do it justice. Very well decorated, high end and an excellent hot tub which overlooked the base of the ski runs. (My very favorite part!)This was a great finish to a full day of skiing. Truly a ski in and ski out location. Underground, heated parking was a bonus but found 2 sets of full stairs a bit tiring when carrying stuff up and down to the car. Overall, I would recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.
