Welcome to Snow Creek Village #51. We have recently purchased this friendly condo and love its warmth and great proximity to the ski slopes and the village. You can have your skis/board on in less than a minute from leaving the front door and will be at the bottom of the lifts in no time. To get home again, for lunch or at the end of the day, just take the platter lift and ski down the Gentle Giant (suitable for beginners). You enter the Complex between units 12 and 13. The platter lift runs a little later than the chairs giving you an opportunity to meet your friends after the lifts close, have some refreshment and still ski home. You can walk to the Village (for shopping and restaurants) in about 5 minutes taking a short cut behind the Recreation Centre, which houses the swimming pool. You do not need to use your car after you unload.

We offer you a very comfortable unit with private garage parking, a private hot tub (ski season only) on the deck off the living room, full laundry facilities (stacking washer and dryer), a gas fireplace and Webber gas bbq, as well as a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system. The spacious living room allows you to relax after a hard day on the slopes in front of a cozy gas fireplace - no need to buy logs for the fire. For those of you who have to keep in touch you will find a high speed internet connection and Wi-Fi, but you will have to bring your own computer.  Property Description

Ground floor entrance with private garage and ski storage. The first floor has a large living room, with a sofa(sofa bed) and two easy chairs, a dining room, a bathroom and a large full kitchen. This includes a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. There is also a large walk in pantry to store your food supplies. A balcony off the living room has a private 4 person hot tub (ski season only). A balcony off the dining room has a gas bbq. The second floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry facilities. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds.

Living Area

A sunny southern exposure, a comfortable sofa (sofa bed), two easy chairs, a gas fireplace, 27" TV with full cable, VCR and DVD player. The balcony has a private 4 person hot tub with a view overlooking Mt Morrisey. (The hot tub is only available in the ski season). A high speed internet connection is available, as well as Wi-Fi - bring your own computer. Three bar stools are available at the kitchen counter.

Dining Area

A separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen with six chairs around the table with its own balcony overlooking the centre of the Complex. The balcony has a Webber gas bbq on it.

Location

Snow Creek Village is in a prime ski-in/ski-out location. You walk 200 feet and can put on your skis to ski out to the bottom of the lifts. You can return (ski-in) to the Complex off the platter lift and the Gentle Giant run. There is a short walk to the Recreation Centre for swimming, and beyond that to the village for shopping and restaurants.

When you view the map, locate the words "THE VILLAGE" to the right of most of the lift lines. "Snow Creek Village" is written just above this, on Village Place. It is not actually at the end of the road (as the map shows) but down a little on the right.

Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be sent after balance of payment is received. A door code will be sent.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book online you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Eviction for excessive noise.
Garbage Removal Instructions for garbage bag removal will be provided. Excessive garbage in the suite that results in additional costs will be forwarded to you
Housekeeping Housekeeping is provided prior to your arrival and after your departure. We provide extra cleaning service at your request, for a fee.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks resort. Please be aware of any overhanging icicles, icy roads and walkways.
Locking Door The unit must be locked when not in use. Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when the unit is left unattended.
Maintenance Emergencies A phone number will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Policy Updates At Owners discretion.
Property Damage Any and all property damage will be charged to the guest.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Resort Information Available upon request.
Terms of Eviction Owners discretion. Will be evicted for common and private property damage and disturbing the peace.
