In the summer, on the 16th hole of the golf course. Close enough to the Village to be convenient, and far enough to be quiet and peaceful.

    Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.

    Garbage Removal Upon departure. On your departure, housekeeping will empty the regular garbage from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom garbage bins.

    Fill up your gas tank before you arrive If coming from the south, the Husky gas station, as you"re leaving Kamloops is the last 24 hour station. It"s about 45 minutes till you"re at Sun Peaks.

    How good is the "Ski In/Ski Out" Last year we had 100% satisfaction, this year will be even better, as during the summer 4 new runs were cut directly above us. These are part of the Orient Ridge development, and make access even better.


    Where do I park at Stone's Throw Stone's Throw has underground parking, and we have a dedicated, marked parking spot. In additon there is limited visitor parking. See our maps, in the photo gallery for additional information. For vehicle's that are oversize, there is parking very near Stone's Throw.

    Door Access

    How does door access work? For each guest, we generate a code that is unique to your visit. This SIX digit code becomes active on the day of your arrival, and expires on the day of your departure.
    How and when do I receive my access codes. When payment is complete, you'll receive a separate e-mail with a unique SIX digit code, programmed for your visit. You'll also receive the garage code, directions and a number of helpful tips to maximize your stay. NOTE: Be sure you print that e-mail out and bring it with you.
    Can I customize the code, to something I can remember? Yes, although your code will be a random SIX digit number, you can customize it by entering the number provided. Simply enter the provided code, followed by the "#" symbol, then your own 6 digit code, (we use a birthdate DD/MM/YY. Both codes will work for the duration of your stay.
    Does anyone else have your code. No, just us the owners, here in Vancouver. Housekeeping, Maintenance, and our Property Manager have their own codes. Each has their own unique access and restriction privilages.

    We have been returning to this same condo year after year and it feels like home. It has everything you need and more - little touches like saran wrap, baggies, tinfoil and a great selection of spices make it so easy to enjoy. Our friends rent the one next door and we share dinners and it is so nice to have the room and enough of everything to serve dinner for 10. Location is absolutely the best on the hill and you can ski right to your hot tub. There is absolutely nothing else you will need to make your ski holiday perfect - this condo has it all.     Great Location, kitchen was stocked with a great assortment of spices, coffee and teas. We also were thrilled it had Ziploc bags, Saran Wrap and aluminum foil. These all made for storing leftovers for lunch a pleasure.

    I cannot say enough nice things about the Taylors. They are the most amazing hosts, and their apartment is absolutely perfect. Everything is labelled, everything you could possibly need is already there. I love when you go to a place and they not only have salt and pepper available but also a range of other spices as well! It saves having to bring the basics over. The hot tub is phenomenal, the bed is sooooo comfy, everything is perfect. I highly, highly recommend this apartment and will stay here whenever I'm in Sun Peaks in the future.

    We are three high school BF's who got together for a reunion (30 years later), and had a marvelous weekend of peace and relaxation at Roslynne and Jeff's beautiful condo! This condo is likely the best unit in the complex in terms of the amazing view and accessibility for unloading etc. The condo is incredibly well-equipped - there is NOTHING that the owners have not thought of in providing comfort and convenience for their guests. The package they provided in an email attachment is thorough and comprehensive, eliminating any confusion and/or need for clarification. The ease of securing this accommodation was much appreciated. The condo is comfortable, cozy (yet spacious) and very private. The beds are very comfortable, including the sofa bed, linens, duvets and an abundance of good quality pillows. The owners are very accommodating, answering emails almost immediately, which helped tremendously in booking, as we all traveled a fair distance to get there. Once arrived, we had occasion to call the management company for a small unavoidable glitch, and Bobbe and her crew from Innspire Management, were at our door within 10 minutes with an immediate solution. Further, the owner, Jeff, called us very soon afterward to ensure we had been looked after properly. We were highly impressed with this level of service!     Everything was as we had hoped and better. We brought more than we needed to, not realizing everything we would need was already there. The ski in and ski out ability was there, there was plenty of entertainment for the kids, and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue where the hot tub display stopped working on the last night, but our family a few doors down invited us to theirs.

    We will be back next year hopefully to book this unit again!

    Really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice, comfortable and well appointed. The location is very good with easy ski in and out access - especially with it being a ground floor unit. The complex is a nice walking distance into town, & very close to the nordic trails which we plan to explore more next time. The unit is a bit tricky to find but once we figured it out all was great.

    From the moment we contacted the owner to make special arrangements, to the moment we left we were beyond happy with the service! This was our first visit to Sun Peaks and Jeff was great with giving suggestions on what to check out, good places to eat, where to park to make unloading easier and more.

    The place itself is well stocked with everything you could imagine you'd need, the hot tub was amazing and the view spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. My husband, our two young children (2 & 4) and I stayed here for 3 nights and I will book with them again on our next visit without a doubt! Highly recommend.

    This condo is VERY well equipped. Almost too much in the drawers! But that's a good thing...everything you need is there. We have stayed in many condos in Sun Peaks and this one was the most equipped. Hot tub is very nice and modern. The view onto the fairway is great. Nice being on this side of the building. I've stayed on the other side and it just doesn't compare.

    We added a couple of bottles of wine to the wine bottle collection! (although...a little bit of a dust collector up there). Very good communication with the owners and they were very helpful in arranging early/late check-ins/outs. Appreciate that.

    The tip about driving into the maintenance road for loading/unloading is great. Very easy to unload all your gear and close to the front door. VERY nice king bed...found it very comfortable and that's important! I also like the PVR in this unit...very rare (I've never seen that in a rental condo before). You can record a game while you're out for the day and watch it later while relaxing with a beer.

    The only reason I gave it a 4 in cleanliness, is I noticed the cleaning crew is not dusting/cleaning in difficult to reach areas. (Top of fridge was very dusty, bases of lamps unclean, etc.). Difficult for the owners to keep an eye on this when they are out of town owners, but just a heads up. There is not really an area where the visitors can keep their food because the place is so well equipped, there is no more cupboard space for guest's food supplies. I used the top of the fridge for a lot of mine.

    Overall, a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

    Awesome stay! We have been renting this condo for over 6 years for both winter and summer stays. The hosts Jeff and Ros are amazing and very accommodating, the condo is immaculate and one of the best locations on the mountain. So many extras in the condo that always makes our stay very comfortable-from the snowshoes to the wonderful beds to the hot tub towels, every detail is thought out.

    The location is fabulous - amazing morning and afternoon views of the mountain and steps from the 16th fairway! Thanks Jeff and Ros for another awesome weekend getaway!

    A Great Getaway Spot.

    This was the perfect location and setting for our girls getaway. The condo was lovely and so well equipped - we appreciated the little extra's like shampoo etc. in the showers. The view was spectacular with golf course and mountain - may want to warn future renters about flying golf balls as we had a couple of close calls!!

    Hot tub was well used and enjoyed as well as the BBQ. One observation and not the fault of the owners was the condo was a little dusty and certain areas obviously had not been cleaned on a regular basis. We would not hesitate to stay again in the future and highly recommend this condo to others. Thanks Jeff & Ros.

    A wonderful stay

    Our family of 4 from Australia (including 2 teenagers) stayed in Sun Peaks over Christmas 2014. Jeff and Roslynne's condo at Stone's Throw was the perfect choice for us. It was very comfortable, extremely well-appointed and truely ski in-ski out. The fireplace and hot tub (which was serviced daily) were the icing on the cake. The unobstructed views across to Mt Todd made us feel like we had the mountain to ourselves and were a vast improvement on some of the more densely packed condos we saw elsewhere in Sun Peaks. It's a short walk from the condo into the village and during the day there's a shuttle bus, although we never felt the need to use it.

    There's no question, we'd stay here again tomorrow if we could. Sun Peaks itself is a great destination for a family. Plenty of variety for different skiing abilities, short or non existent queues (even at Christmas) and beautiful groomed runs and lovely dry powder. We were able to eat at a different restaurant every night and I think we still have a few up our sleeve for next time. The local market holds more than the basics but stocking up in Kamloops, as Jeff and Roslynn suggest, is the best option. Go and enjoy - that hot tub is heaven.

    We have been staying at this lovely condo for more than 5 years. It is always the best time. The condo is beautiful and very clean. You step ten feet out the back door and into you ski's. The only reason not to recommend it, is because it would let everyone know about our secret paridise.
