 Property Description

This luxury 3-level townhouse is great for one or two families. It has two beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and duvets. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom has a balcony with a sweeping view. The living area includes an open-view gourmet kitchen, dining area, and gas fireplace. There is also a large, private view deck. The lower floor den is a sleeping area big enough to comfortably share and is great for kids. Lower floor also has a full bath, laundry room, and a huge porch with private hot tub.

This Ski In/Ski Out property is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Village and located just across the allocated site for the future East Village. Adjacent to cross country trails. Magnificent views, great location.
