At The Fairways, you'll wake up in your king size bed to enjoy the spectacular views of Tod Mountain from the master bedroom. The Fairways at Stone's Throw is located on the Morrisey Connector ski run and the 16th fairway of The Golf Course at Sun Peaks Resort. You will note the spaciousness created by the open plan and the nine foot ceilings. When you walk into the entranceway you will find hooks for your outer clothing, special racks for your skis/boards, and a bench for boot removal. The tiling here is heated. As you proceed down the hallway you will find the second bedroom with its Queen/Twin wood bunk bed, dresser, TV, and DVD player on your right. Then, on your left you will note the main full bathroom. Your next right will lead you to the granite countered kitchen. Its noted features include dark brown cabinetry, heated tile flooring, and pendant lights over the bar. From the kitchen you will overlook the Great Room. First the dining room with its dark brown wood table which can seat all seven of your family and friends. Next you’ll see the living room with its sectional sofa bed and 42" LCD flat panel Smart TV over the beautiful stone fireplace. Finally, the glorious views of the golf course and Tod Mountain. Across from the entrance to the kitchen you will enter the master bedroom. The full master ensuite is noted for its soaker tub with shower, heated tile floors and full sized stacking washer and dryer. From the hot tub on the covered patio (accessed by sliding doors from both the master bedroom and from the great room) you'll have unobstructed views of the Morrisey Connector, the 16th fairway of the golf course and the spectacular Tod Mountain.

This fully equipped, granite counter top kitchen includes everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal...including some spices. The only supplies that you require will be your food and beverages.
Spacious living room as part of the great room. It has both a huge opening window which takes advantage of the spectacular views and a sliding door leading to the partially covered deck. Relax in comfort in the sectional or in the pizzaz of the red chair and enjoy your favourite movie on the 42" LCD flat panel Smart TV over the rustic stone fireplace.
Spacious dining room as part of the great room can comfortably hold a 72" long table. It has 6 chairs but with the leafs in place it can comfortably seat all guests. There are 3 stools at the granite bar. The wood trim of the dining room suite carries through the lodge like theme of our home.
The Fairways at Stone's Throw is a luxurious 2 bedroom true ski in/ski out condo located on the Morrisey Connector. (Lift tickets are available at the Mount Morrisey lift.) The stone fireplace hosts a 42" LCD flat panel Smart TV above the mantle. The fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the great room and encompasses the spectacular views of Tod Mountain has granite counter tops, an ultra quiet dishwasher and an ice maker in the refridgerator. The master bedroom has a king size bed ideal for the tired skier and the second bedroom with its twin-over-queen bunk is equipped with the second TV and bluray DVD player to enable the kids an escape to privacy. The master ensuite contains a soaker tub with shower and a stacking full sized washer and dryer. This luxurious condo is located at the edge of the 16th fairway of The Golf Course at Sun Peaks Resort.

Location & Map
Stone's Throw is located on Valley Drive immediately past the Mount Morrisey lift and just over the skiers' underpass. It is located on the 16th hole of the golf course - across the fairway from the Morrisey Connecter. Take HWY 5 (Jasper Hwy) from Kamloops. Follow it for about 14 kilometers. Turn right at Sun Peaks sign. Turn left immediately. Follow Sun Peaks road for 31 kilometers into the village. Turn right at the stop sign. This is Valley Drive. It winds its way uphill for less than 1 minute to Stone's Throw.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Any cancellation inside of 45 days of arrival, you will forfeit the full reservation total unless unit is rebooked for the original dates. In that case only the original deposit will be forfeited.|

Small glitch with the property managers not updating the door code so we initially couldn't get in, but other than that a great stay. Well equipped condo. Good owner follow up.Thought the lifts would be open for hiking but they were not open till the day before we left. This is a lovely condo. It's large with a gorgeous view and has everything we needed. Only thing missing from the kitchen for us was a garlic press, but that is a minor thing. The downside is that the parking spot is tiny and right beside a cement pillar. We have a small car and I still scraped it on the pillar. If you have a larger vehicle, you may want to park elsewhere.View Full Review

Excellent condo at Sun Peaks. We were very happy with the way the condo was set up; it was clean, spacious and there was everything we needed to cook and be comfortable for the 3 days we were there. Also enjoyed the ease to get to the mountain and return after a wonderful day of skiing. Even though the conditions were more spring like than winter, we had 3 great skiing day. It felt spacious with good layout (couldn't hear people in the livingroom from masterbedroom), with wonderful view and tastefully furnished (loved the dimmer switches which contributed to dining ambiance). Roxy's welcoming call before arrival with helpful directions and speedy response during our stay (along with whoever delivered more towels almost instantly) to questions and requests all very much appreciated! Also appreciated not having to dispose of garbage & recycling on departure, which was required at units we've previously rented. Owners were extremely nice and happy to answer any questions we had. The view had to be the best out of all hottub views. Loved the place in general, very well equipped. Couple suggestions would be to bring your own towels and maybe linens? Unfortunately it looked like the sheets hadn't been cleaned from previous stay. Pans definitely stick, don't try to make eggs...other than that it was perfectly equipped, and washer and dryer is such a treat and save all. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return anytime!! Location was unbeatable and felt like home-didn't want to leave at the end. Oh and fact that they allowed my dog put them apart from everyone else!!
