Enjoy our home away from home for its wonderful views of Mt. Morrissey and Sundance Mountain, its elegant (and comfortable) furnishings and artwork, three private balconies, and private 6-person hot tub. Make the most of the fully-equipped kitchen that can cater as well for the gourmet chef as the 'family cook'. Being able to do laundry at your own leisure is a great bonus. It is very private with your own personal garage. If you have kids, it's great to be able to give them their own space downstairs in the family room. For those with little kids, the bedrooms upstairs help to ensure they can get plenty of sleep away from all the noise of the living area. The ski-in/out has options for nordic skiers as well as downhillers, whilst those wishing to sample other activities can almost step out of the door onto their snowmobile or snowshoe trail, or for a stroll on the valley trail system. |Excessive Noise||This is a family-orientated, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not. We like our neighbours, and they like us too, so our goal is to rent to like-minded folks who will respect others' rights to privacy and a quiet, enjoyable vacation.|
|Garbage Removal||At end of stay - see manual in unit. A $30 charge will be levied if garbage is left in the unit on If garbage is excessive, further charges may be added.|
|Housekeeping||Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.|

|Property Damage||Guest authorizes credit card charges in the event of missing items or other property damage. We spent the August long weekend in this fantastic unit! Great time with two young kids (5 & 4). We biked, hiked, hot tubbed and had a great time.
Everything was as great as it was depicted. Kitchen has all of the utensils and hardware you will need - including a deluxe waffle maker, blender and hand mixer. Just make sure to bring all the spices, olive oil and S&P... had to run out and pick up some pepper while we were there. We will be back again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay at Trapper's Landing in Sun Peaks. The townhouse unit we rented was perfect for the family. Lots of space for a family of 5. The unit was stocked with all of the comforts of home, blankets, books, dishes, cookware, spices etc. and the home was nicely decorated. The location was walking distance to the village and was convenient to ski in & ski out to the slopes. The owner took extra care ensuring our stay would meet our expectations by sending us useful area information on the area,and check-in details. We were very satisfied with our stay and would rent this unit again in the future.
Very well appointed townhome with everything we needed to make our spring break getaway perfect. This home wants for nothing - kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy and there's enough space for everyone. The hottub was so great after a day of skiing.
The condo was excellent. Heated floors were very very comfortable. All amenities there, hot tub was excellent, condo was spotless and we all loved it. Wireless internet was fast. Super service from Paul. Would stay again, and would recommend.
Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Sun Peaks. We loved the rental experience; extremely efficient booking, kitchen was very well equipped ( there was even a pro waffle maker!) and lots of space for the family to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing in and out of our very attractively decorated unit, complete with fireplaces, tv's, dvd players and a good assortment of family friendly dvd's, not to mention a great assortment of board games and books for kids/ teens. The bedrooms offered loads of closet space for hanging up gear and clothing, as well as a heated secure garage for skis/sleds in winter and bikes in summer. The unit is connected to a network of trails for walking and less than 10 mins from the village. the only complaint we had was a lack of pillows for the fold out queen sized bed in the downstairs family room; we had to borrow from the rooms' decor pillows. Also, my brother has asthma and is scent sensitive, and he found the brand of complimentary soap aggravated his asthma. All in all, we'd love to go back; next time we'll allow more time to explore the many recreation options Sun Peaks has to offer.

Great place to stay. Accommodated 8 adults and 2 wee people very comfortably. Very well equiped and clean. Also, easy access to the slopes, pool and village. Highly recommend renting this home.
We really enjoyed our stay there - lovely place with many extra thoughtful touches - very comfortable furniture and beds and equipment second to none and easily placed to walk to the restaurants etc. We did wish that we had booked an extra night there - the only one thing was that because the weather was so lovely while we were there a couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice so we could have sat out in the evening but this was only a small thing - everything else was absolutely excellent
Sun Peaks Summer Wonderland suited our family of nine perfectly. It was roomy, clean, fully equipped, beautifully decorated and within walking distance of the village. Paul Riley was just great at cheerfully answering all my questions. We were only there for 2 days to attend a wedding ~ next time we'll stay longer. I just spent a wonderful 3 nights at Sun Peaks. Our vacation property was ready when we arrived and we were so impressed with what we had chosen! Everything was immaculate! The kitchen was generously stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. (except for an issue with the coffee maker but that was looked after!) The beds were all very comfortable, as well as the fold out, which sometimes can be a problem. Hot tub was wonderful! Really no complaints about the comfort of the home at all. We were within 5 minutes walking distance of the village and enjoyed a few walks and some went on a chairlift ride to enjoy the alpine area. A couple of us enjoyed a bike ride around the valley trail! We especially enjoyed the farmers market on Sunday morning. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend was definitely achieved! Will keep this unit in mind for my next getaway. Thanks you so much!

A beautiful home centrally located to everything on the mountain. Lots of room for our large family and we felt at home. Kids loved the hot tub and having access to wifi while away. It was very clean and modern.
Our family just got back from 5 glorious days at Sun Peaks. It was our first time on this mountain and we were thrilled with the resort, facilities and accommodation! The townhouse is beautiful and super well equiped with everything you need for a home away from home! The townhouse layout is perfect for families as kids and parents each have their own space. Great hot tub too! Paul is a very helpful host and gave us excellent tips to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend Paul's place for anyone planning a trip to Sun Peaks. We are already talking about our return for next year!

The chalet was beautiful, lots of room for everyone to sleep, hot tub was perfect, awesome walk to town through the paths in the summer, they had games and a music dock for your ipod so you could listen to music! Best 25th birthday I have ever held. Paul is really pleasant and accommodating!
We have stayed in this condo in the winter and summer. It is clean, well stocked, and conveniently located, though more so for summer than winter. The ski-in-ski-out is doable, but not as seamless as some other places we've stayed. The accessibility in the summer is fantastic. The only thing I don't love about this condo is that the rooms are a bit small, especially the bedroom off the kitchen and the living room/dining room area. We had four adults and three kids and it worked for us, but more might be crowded. Other than that, great service, great condo!
My sister and both of our families stayed here for a week this summer and had a wonderful time. 4 adults and 6 kids and there was tons of room. The place is beautiful. We enjoyed going up the mountains, walking through the village, going to a nearby lake, and biking. The kids enjoyed the bungee zone and Rocky Mountain Ice Cream! The mom's enjoyed watching Kevin Costner and his band sing at a free outdoor concert. The hosts are terrific and very helpful.
We went up to Sun Peaks for a wedding and stay in this town house for 2 nights and by the end of our stay we wished we had booked for another few nights. The town house is in a great location, hot tube is close to the back door making it very convenient to use. Great place to stay and we will be booking again.
We stayed in this great home the first weekend in June, 2012. The place is beautiful, spacious and located perfectly in Sun Peaks. It looks like this is probably one of the nicest complexes on the mountain and well maintained. We did use the hot tub one night, it was 105 when we got in and with 7 of us still maintained a constant temperature. Paul was very attentive to questions and followed up immediately to all inquiries. I would recommend this home to friends and family. It is well stocked just like home including the kitchen. Rent this place with confidence that what you see is what you get, a lovely home with room for 8. We had 7 and didnt use the sofa bed or couch, only the beds provided in the bedrooms.
Just enjoyed a great weekend getaway at Sun Peaks! The location was perfect, close to the village but far enough away, as well. The condo was extremely well appointed, with everything we needed: A spacious kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, barbecue, hot tub, you name it! The condo is tastefully appointed and located in a beautiful wood and stone complex. We enjoyed the extra sunlight in this end unit and enjoyed spending time on the large deck off the dining room. In all aspects this was an easy, enjoyable rental experience, and I would recommend this condo to anyone.
We have stayed in Trapper's Landing a number of times over many Decembers, Februarys and even one august. This February was our second in #11. It is our favorite. The bedroom layout provides space for many with privacy. The fact that it is a corner unit gives an open feeling with good light. The kitchen is well stocked. The boot warmers are fantastic. The owners are friendly and responsive and the price is very competitive. The only area that could be improved would be nicer pillows and sheets...always a challenge in a rental. Maybe we will bring our own next time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place! It was very clean and welcoming and cozy. The hot tub was just the perfect thing to come home to after a great day skiing! We didn't realize until the second day how to ski in/ski out from your place so that was a nice perk! I only have 2 suggestions...it would be nice to not have to bring up beach towels for the hot tub (we almost forgot to) and perhaps directions on how to use ski in/ski out posted on the wall somewhere for those of us who don't always read the fine print in emails!! We will definately tell our friends to stay here and we look forward to returning next ski season...home away from home!!
This condo in Trapper's Landing was so comfortable and was a great place to relax after a day skiing. The kids enjoyed the rec room in the basement and the 2 bay garage was nice. The kitchen is bigger than other condos we've stayed in, which made it easier to moved around with a few of us trying to get breakfast! The kitchen is also very well stocked with every pot, pan, appliance and utinsil that you would need! They have many games, movies and books on hand and also have some tobaggans for the kids to use too. These were a nice surprise! Being a ski in/ski out location was a must for us and Trapper's Landing was in the right place. We had a wonderful stay in this condo and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
This home accomodated us extremely well. There were 7 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms are spacious as are the closets. The bathrooms in each upstairs bedroom were large and everyone loved the heated floors. The upstairs spare bedroom was perfect for our daughter's family with the Queen lower bunk for them and single upper for their 3 1/2 year old and lots of room for a playpen for their 10 month old as well. The kitchen was very well equipt with all the cookware and utensils you'd need, a large fridge with icemaker and spacious pantry was great. The hot tub was in a convenient location with a shower just inside the door from it and was well maintaned while we were there. We fit our long box crew cab truck in the garage with lots of room to spare lengthwise. The ski racks in the garage were handy as well. There's a path behind the home for ski-in/out to Mt Morsey connector and is used as a walking path in the other direction to the village which is only a short distance away. We'll be back again!
The house was amazing. Every amenity one would need, fully kitted-out kitchen, outdoor hot tub. I would most definitely come back.
My Husband as well as 3 other friends stayed here for three nights. It was a perfect venue for us as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very comfortable and beautfiully decorated. All of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed being able to stay together, yet have our own separate areas. I would gladly stay at this condo again. Thank you Paul and Nishka.
We have repeatedly stayed in this condo during our winter ski excursions. This past summer we decided to see what the resort had to offer. Excellent location and the value was unbeatable. The owners provide unbelievable service. Looking forward to returning for the 2012 ski season.
We decided to stay at this townhome for one night as we were driving back to Vancouver from Jasper. Our only regret is that we only booked for 1 night. We should have booked for longer. Having said that, we will definetely be back. Everything was clean and close to perfect.
There was enough room for 4 kids and 2 adults to spread out! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. With 5 mountain bikers, having a washer and dryer, as well as a garage, hot tub and well-stocked kitchen was absolutely fabulous. There wasn't a single downside to this condo.
Had a great stay with our children, the place was big enough, quiet, and nicely finished. Would have been good to know the best way to ski in and out, took us 2 days to figure it out.

We do not ski so we decided to take our two young children to Sun Peaks for a summer vacation. The accomodations were absolutly amazing with all of the comforts of home in a truly luxurious setting. We enjoyed walking around Sun Peaks, ice cream in the village as well as hours of fun with the kids at the sport centre pool. If you plan to visit Sun Peaks in summer or winter the Riley's Winter Wonderland is definately the place to stay!
Well, it was pretty cool. The garage is super long! Like, crazy long. The chairs were totally comfortable and the hot tub was both Hot and Tub shaped. (which was exactly as we expected.) The kitchen was well equipped and clean as a pin. There was more then enough room for the 5 of us and no one had to sleep on the couch, unless they wanted to. The location was close to the Village (walking distance) and was a great way to start the morning. We didn't want to leave, and started talking about buying the place if we ever win a modest Lotto Jackpot.
Great place for a great price and so happy that you allowed us to bring our dog as she is part of our family.
