 Property Description

OUR HOME is a four bedroom chalet located on 3 levels. Two ensuite master bedrooms and ski-room are on the top floor. The ski room can be accessed through the house or garage. The main floor consists of the great room which includes: the kitchen and dining area; the 3rd ensuite master bedroom; separate den and full bathroom. The lower level has a ensuite bunk room with 4 queen beds.

Living Area

The great room is large, open and airy with spectacular views from floor to ceiling windows of Mt. Tod, Sundance and the golf course. When you walk into the greatroom, you can't help but say "WOW!" Central to the room is a big fireplace,TV, DVD and stereo surrounded by 2 sofas and a chair with ottoman in lovely mountain décor. Additionally, there is a separate den with a sofa bed, chair with ottaman and TV/VCR. There is a full bathroom in the hall.

Dining Area

Dining area The dining room is part of the great room. Enjoy the mountain views while dining at the pine farm table which accommodates 10. There is a stain glass mission style chandelier above the table. The breakfast bars seats 3.

This home was custom designed and furnished to enjoy mountain living at its finest! Gather with friends and family in the great room or den and then retreat to the comfort and privacy of your own ensuite master bedroom while the kids are tucked away in the bunk room.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced.
Delayed Arrivals Sorry, we are unable to issue a refund due to delays.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information, arrival/check-in instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A contract will be sent to you and must be returned within 3 weeks of booking acceptance. Additionally, a copy of valid driver's license and list of all over night guests required. Copy to be sent with contract.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without a refund. Guests can re-book dates if they ae still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if avaiability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will br re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon financial responsibility for property damage excessive cleaning or missing items.
Excessive Noise Please respect our full time tenant and neighbors. We reserve the right to evict with 12 hours notice should we receive 2 or more complaints. You will be evicted without a refund!
Garbage Removal Garbage bins are provided in the garage. You are encouraged to return your own deposit bottles if possible
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Complimentary mid-stay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights. Extra clean linens accessible within the property
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any other location in Sun Peaks.
Locking Door Please lock up using coded key pads at check out time of 10:00 am PST.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact on the mountain available 24 hours. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 14. The bunkroom has 4 queen beds. The sleeping capacity would be reduced to 12 if there is 1 person per queen instead of 2.
Missing Items Guest authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their credit card upon financial responsibility for property damage excesssive cleaning or missing items.
Parking & Ticketing 3 CAR Maximum. 1 car in garage, 1 car in driveway & 1 car in guest spot. No parking on Sun Peaks streets as a parking ticket will be issued by the Sun Peaks By-Laws officer. Please note that 1 x parking spot is specifically reserved for the suite tenant.
