Extra comfy leather couches make for great afternoon naps or a quiet read. Enjoy the views, the toasty fireplace, and the comfort of putting your feet up after a long day of skiing.
Cozy but spacious, the kitchen features gas range, convection oven, stainless steel refrigerator, large microwave oven, granite counter tops, and heated tile floor. You'll find everything you need in our well-stocked drawers and shelves.
The perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and a good book!
Terrific storage in the entry for helmets, goggles, gloves, and ski boots means easy in-and-out mornings and afternoons. We just hate condos where your stuff just piles up in the entry, so we designed this custom cabinet to keep our gear out of the way and with open racks so our gloves and hats dry overnight.
Lots of space to serve the crew with a large table that seats 6, or extends to seat 8. The bar counter seats an additional 3 and doubles as a breakfast bar for your early risers!
The Master Bedroom with Queen sized dark cherry sleigh bed, armoire with TV & DVD, and full sized ensuite bath with dual shower. Mountain views out every window make this room something special!
The upstairs Guest bedroom with Queen sized bed and adjacent full sized bath with tub, shower, and heated floors.
Upstairs third bedroom with its Twin-over-Queen bunk bed -- perfect for a visiting family! Large comfy beds share the room with a full sized dresser and large closet.
Downstairs Great Room is our fourth bedroom, and has two sets of terrific Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, with 6 storage tubs underneath the lower bunk - great for kids to use to keep their things!
Downstairs great room has toasty warm fireplace, LED Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray and DVD player, and a tournament caliber foosball table - you'll be playing late after a soak in the hot tub, just outside on a private patio. Life is good!

Three floors of rustic mountain comfort -- Entry, kitchen, living and dining rooms are on the main floor, with Master bedroom (with ensuite full bath) and two Guest bedrooms upstairs (with shared full bath). Downstairs, you'll find the fourth Guest bedroom set up as a bunk room with sleeping for four, a full bath, laundry room, tournament foosball, fireplace, TV & DVD and access to the outside patio and large hot tub.
Enter on the main level to a tiled entry with powder room and heated floors and space for shoe and ski boot storage – then step into the main living area. The living room is warm and comfortable with large leather couches, an overstuffed chair and ottoman, and a stacked shale gas fireplace with TV & DVD above. The dining room with seating for 8 at the table and three at the kitchen bar, boasts 2 story windows to give our home an open and spacious feeling with great views of the mountain to boot!
The kitchen is wide and gracious, with granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances, chilled filtered water in the fridge and a super quiet dishwasher to do its duty while you entertain or curl up on the couch with a hot chocolate and a good book. Heated tile floors on the main level and in all bathrooms keep everyone warm and comfortable. Quality is top-notch throughout.

Well-appointed with heated slate floors, granite counters, stainless steel double sink, and stainless appliances (gas range/convection oven, microwave, super-silent dishwasher and fridge), toaster, coffee maker, teapot, and basic amenities (tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap, napkins, paper towels).
Warm and comfortable with soft leather couches and a large overstuffed chair, the living room invites you to relax and enjoy the evening in front of the stacked slate fireplace. Two story cathedral ceiling with tall windows in the adjoining dining room let in lots of light (sun or starlight!) and views of the surrounding mountains.
With a large, extendable table that seats 8+ and room at the granite kitchen bar for 3 more, the dining room is perfectly suited for multi-family entertainment or casual catch-a-bite-before-skiing meals. The large private deck features a full-sized barbeque and plenty of room for star-gazing.
Enjoy our home away from home and its sweeping views of Mt. Morrissey from the living room, dining room, and Master bedroom - plus see Sunburst/Tod Mountain and see where the snowcats are grooming from the outside deck. Make the most of the fully-equipped kitchen that caters as well to the gourmet chef as the 'family cook'. Our home is very private and secure, with one-car garage and locking ski storage.
Our home is well-suited for families with kids --- with our bunk room, foosball, and TV watching downstairs, you can give them their own space (they'll appreciate it too!). For those with little kids, the bedrooms upstairs help to ensure they can get plenty of sleep away from all the noise of the living area.
Our condo is ski-in and ski-out, making it easy to have lunch and warm up at home, then ski back out for the afternoon. For other activities, you can almost step out of the door to enjoy the wide range of snowshoe trails, or for a stroll on the valley trail system.

Location & Map
Trail's Edge is an upscale, ski-in/ski-out townhome development situated in a quiet neighborhood environment with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and close to the Mt. Morrisey quad lift. Walk across the private road, click into your skis, and ski directly onto the Morrissey Connector run. Nordic ski and snowshoe trails are just a few minutes away, as are the summertime mountain bike trails. A 5 minute walk will take you to either the Resort Sports Center with pool and hot tub, or across the road to the ice skating rink. A 10 minute walk will take you to the central village with its wide array of restaurants, galleries, and sporting goods and grocery stores. Food and Beverage
|Where to buy groceries||While groceries are available in the Sun Peaks Village at the BlueBird Market and at Roxy's (for more natural foods items), we stop in Kamloops at the SaveOn Foods market (from the Columbia Street exit) - they will have everything you need and are open til 10pm daily - there is also a Safeway and they are open even later! There is a wine & spirits shop in the Village - or you can visit the Liquor Store in Kamloops that's in the same parking lot as SavOn Foods. There is also a Costco on Hwy 5 as you come into Kamloops from the South - it's not open late, so check their current open hours at costco.ca.|
We are avid skiers, boarders, sailors, golfers, bikers, hikers, (phew!) and we love our mountain home here in Sun Peaks - in the winter and in the summer!

Second year in a row staying at this unit and 3rd time at Trails Edge. Location is perfect for ski in and out and condo has lots of space for 9-11 people. Less than 10 minute walk to Village. Not having to take garbage to the dump and allowed to leave recyclables is also a bonus as some condos don't have that option. Only negatives were coffee maker being on the blink (was a recent issue) and barbecue undersized for a unit with room for 11 hungry people.View Full Review

Great place to stay! Unit has 8 separate beds, 3 full baths and a half bath. The hot tub and foosball table were both used regularly. Ski in was super easy and ski out is good as well.
We did accidentally break the coffee carafe. When we called the property management company, they were very friendly and brought us a replacement right away. I was very impressed that the hot tub was serviced daily. Most other places we've been, they come once throughout the week. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen was well equipped. All the utensiles, pots and pans were in great shape and good quality.

Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo this past weekend. Everyone had an absolute blast. We got in two great days of skiing and had a great time exploring the village. The conditions were beautiful. It had been probably 8-10 years since I was last at Sun Peaks. I had forgotten how much I like it there, I can't wait to go back. Having never booked a trip like this before I emailed the owner with a lot of questions before booking. The owner was always polite and answered all of my questions. The home was exactly as described. It was the perfect layout for families staying together. Clean, spacious, and included all the basics in the kitchen and bathroom that you could need. It was a nice walking distance to the main village. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a fabulous family get together with 10 of us spending 3 nights at this great townhouse. We had two people in each of the upstairs bedrooms and 4 on the bunks downstairs. The twin over queen bunk upstairs and the 4 adult sized, sturdy bunks downstairs present all sorts of different options for sleeping arrangements. It should be noted that there is no separate 4th bedroom downstairs where the bunks are, it is a large rec room. This is not a problem at all, especially if kids or a mixed bag of people are sleeping on the bunks. There is a full bath downstairs next to the rec room, which is very handy. The rec room also has a quality foosball table and a comfy couch as well as a fireplace next to door to the private hot tub. Even with 10 people, the living room, large dining room table and U shaped kitchen were plenty large enough for big meals together and evening board games. A half bath/powder room is near the front door. The main floor deck with BBQ would be awesome in the summer! Upstairs, the master suite is a decent size with TV and a large shower. The two other bedrooms share a full bath off the hallway. We had four vehicles with our group, and we put one in the garage and the other three in the extra spots to either side of the unit. The village is easily walked to and it is very easy to ski in and out. Skiing out is done to the Morrisey Lift, which has its own ticket window available. The nordic and snowshoe trail head is accessed near the Morisey Lift as well. This makes the complex positioned is one of the best locations in Sun Peaks. All in all, a great stay!
