Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 4% cancellation fee.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm . Contact us to arrange an earlier check-in time. Check-in no later than 10:00 pm unless prior arrangements are made.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure. Complimentary midstay cleans provided for bookings of 8 or more nights.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Max 4 persons. Unregistered guests in excess of the maximum occupany will be charged an additional $50 per year person penalty.
Missing Items Replacement fee for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet hours for the building are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CA charge on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage included, but not restricted to: common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding propoerty occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Aloha! Thank you for visiting our web site! We are Joe and Amy Kindrich from the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Who would have ever thought that we would chose a winter retreat to the champagne powder snow at Big White Ski resort over our sunshine and beaches here in Hawaii? On our very first visit, we fell in love with all that Big White Ski resort had to offer and couldn't leave without purchasing our very own ski condo escape. The snow is pure powder; no lines & no wait; lots of activities so you never get bored; people are warm and friendly; and ski-in/ski-out. Joe views Big White as a huge winter playground. He is an advanced skier and enjoys the challenges of the mountain terrain. Amy is a beginner skier that can find a green run off of every lift. However, Amy prefers to twirl on the ice skating rink. Our dream is to create a family tradition of winter FUN! We absolutely LOVE our Big White home and hope that you will. too. Sweet suite

This is a sweet one bed suite with almost everything needed for a great ski break.

The Legacy building is well positioned in a tranquil spot in the lower village with excellent ski in/out. It's solidly built and residents are quiet so there's a minimum of noise between suites. (I was there for an extended stay so had a pretty good sample of the deason.) It's a short walk to the Village Center or a short shuttle bus ride.

The suite itself is well equipped with all the equipment needed to self-cater. A full sized oven that turns out great roast dinners; it's own washer/dryer; huge double bed.

Owners Amy and Joe were very easy to deal with and answered all our questions when setting up the rental.

Basic, but functional for a weekend getaway.

Great for a quick weekend. It is an older property that is showing it's age - a few minor repairs are required. That said, if you are just looking for a place to get away for a day or two, it fits the bill. Ski in/out is easy - might be a bit tougher for a beginner to get back in again, as you really do need to have speed to make it through the path.

Good property, well appointed and well set up if you were on a longer stay and wanted to eat in. Walk to the village is uphill and 6-8 minutes but at least the ways home is down! Would recommend.

Our stay was great!. The suite was super clean and organized. It was so nice to have some basic spices and the coffee mate to use as we forgot our coffee cream at home. One other guest mentioned the age of the tv which really isn't a big deal, we were happy to have our laptop and streamed in some Netflix for the night. We would definitely return. Light, comfortable and spacious

First stayed in this unit back in 2006 and then recently returned to Big White after a long absence. The owners, Amy & Joe, have on both occasions been very professional to deal with, and the resident managers in the complex are very nice and helpful. The unit was exactly as I had remembered it from all that time ago - presentation and cleanliness was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed and pillows, lots of storage.

The TV and entertainment system could do with upgrading, but that is nitpicking. The Legacy building is relatively well located for ski in and out, and a short stroll up to the village centre. Building construction is such that walls/ceiling are a little thin, so expect some noise leakage from other units. Apart from that, highly recommend this unit for couples.
