We have a HEATED SIDEWALK from our ski locker to the slope, and just a short easy ski or walk to the base of Blackcomb Mountain! We are near the Fairmont and Four Seasons and a stop on the FREE village shuttle. Large entry foyer (great for wet gear, boots, etc.), storage closet and washer/dryer. Living room with gas fireplace, home theater, surrounded by ceiling-to-floor windows, dining room comfortably seats 8 and also views the slopes, cfully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies, 3 TVs/VCRs. Outstanding view. Please see our Photo Gallery for our view of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, our pool and huge hot tub. Continue to watch for new photos to be added as we have just purchased this condo and will continue to add our special touches! Our home is a corner unit with many windows and plenty of light, boasting fabulous views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and the Cruiser Run on one side, and the woods and ski-in trail on the other.

Very spacious with a large gas fireplace surrounded by handpainted tiles and cherry/oak wood which compliments the Tuscan flavor of this area. Home theater system with DVD/VCR. Six sets of tall windows provide lots of natural light. Two sofas (one is queen sleeper) and large, overstuffed chair with ottoman provide the perfect area to relax after a day of skiing, boarding, hiking, or biking.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Cancel 90 days or less prior to your arrival - refund is contingent on re-rental of property, less $200 non-refundable administrative fee.
Delayed Arrivals If you arrive at night after the front desk closes, we have a private lock box for you to obtain your keys. We are not responsible for arrival delays. If you arrive late or leave early, no refunds will be given.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information You will receive a detailed email when we receive your reservation deposit.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation as long as we receive notice of the change more than 90 days prior to arrival.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise 2 complaints will result in eviction by security service, and no refund will be issued.
Housekeeping Cleane prior to arrival; cleaned after departure; complimentary mid-stay cleaning provided for stays of 9 days or longer. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact numbers will be provided in welcome package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 9.
Missing Items Will be charged to your credit card.
Noise Restrictions Please be considerate of our neighbors. Excessive noise can result in eviction if it does not immediately cease once a warning is given.

Our family's loves to travel, primarily to remote and exotic locations. You will feel our love of the world's great wine regions in the decor of our condo. Jack is a dentist, and Patti is a pharmacist/marketer. Andrew is a graduate student at Indiana University (analytical chemistry) and Mike is a Pharm.D. doing a residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. John is a finance major at Villanova University. We thoroughly enjoy Whistler in all seasons: skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and rock climbing, hiking, biking, kayaking, golfing, and whitewater rafting in the summer.
