Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations For maximum fairness to all, we operate on a first come first served basis and do not "hold" reservation dates without confirmed payment. The first party to book the property by clicking RESERVE NOW gets the dates in question.
Delayed Arrivals Late arrivals are no problem, as the building and unit have door codes for access during your stay.

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes permitted in rooms. Secured coded lock up area accessed via parkade.
Check-In Time 4 PM. Check in advance for possible early arrival. Parking is available early.
Check-Out Time 10 AM. Check in advance for possible late departure.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Quiet time is 10 PM - 8 AM. A fine or eviction may occur from excessive noise.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Guests staying 7 nights or more may request a complimentary linen change. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Liability The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies Local maintenance service with 24 hour coverage.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Additional persons will result in eviction.
Property Damage Common or private property damage includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay for all common or private property damage caused by the Guest themself, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Resort Information Is included in arrival instructions package.
Terms of Eviction 24 hour security. Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, disturbing the peace and property damage. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an eviction.

Not a true ski in/ski out

Easy to find with the help of our GPS. A bus stop is located just across the street from the condo. Underground parking available for free. Roomy condo. Pretty clean for the most part, although we had a razor head left in one of the bathrooms, and we found the kettle in the cupboard with water still in it. The pots could be replaced, the teflon coating is pretty scratched up. The beds were very comfortable and warm. Free wifi available. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There is also a hot tub indoors, which I found to be much warmer than the outdoor one, and the jets were stronger. This condo is advertised as ski in/ski out, although it is about a 2 minute walk to get to the slopes where you will have to take the Wizard Express up. About a 10-15 min walk into Whistler Village. Toiletries included: bar soap and shampoo.

Good value, could be improved

Overall the unit is as described and in a good location. It's very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom Whistler properties. Wifi signal was very good. The building seemed not very busy and not many people used the pool/hot tub which was good. There are pool towels supplied. We liked not having to carry any keycards or keys to get to the pool and the building. The pool was surprisingly warm compared to other Whistler properties. The building is not new so the wood paneling in the corridors and carpets show the wear and age.

The unit itself seems to have been updated except for kitchen cabinets. We loved having lots of TV cable channels available, although TV in the living room doesn't have very good speakers. The bedroom windows face the entrance courtyard and instead of heavy curtains that have to be always closed for privacy, blinds would let more light in during the day.

A bit of maintenance would help - most door hinges are very squeaky and could use lubrication as one cannot go to the bathroom at night without feeling like waking everybody up. The fridge is quite loud as previous reviewers noted. The light bulb over the range is burned out. The dishes came clean out of the dishwasher, but smelled of swampy water. One cushion on the couch closest to the fireplace seems to have been melted partially so it's hard and can scrape you. The linens and towels are bleached heavily and you can smell bleach while sleeping which is not good for someone sensitive to that smell and is not healthy for anyone. The list of inventory of dishes (especially colors) doesn't match what's in the cabinets. Perhaps update is in order?

Overall, we had no immediate problems that needed the owner's attention and the unit was well cleaned and prepared for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were four of us (my wife, two younger children and myself) so this two bedroom was more than enough room for us. The kids had their very room and washroom and we had our separate room plus the ability to hang out in the large living room/kitchen after putting the kids to bed (which we are not able to do with one bedroom places).

Every thing was very clean and well cared for. There was a bike lockup in the parkade which was very handy and the pool and hot tubs were great after a day of biking. The free shuttle to the village picks you up right across the street or it's a quick 10 minute walk to the middle of the action (less if you're using the closer lift during the winter months).

This will be our go-to place for Whistler. The location, the amount of space and the overall value cannot be beat.

Great little condo to stay in Summer. We found everything we needed: lots of parking, cooking ware, towels for indoor and outdoor use, a balcony to enjoy a cap of coffee outside.

The outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a biking / hiking day. It takes 3-5 mins to walk to the Blackcomb base, where you can find all rental / dining facilities. The only complaint from those who slept in the living area - the fridge was very loud at night.

I give this a 5-star overall. I only went down to 4 stars with regards to the facilities because the pool is small and there is not a lot of pool deck room; so there is only room for a couple of families to set up and hang out around the pool. the condo was great, they had all the TV channels you could want and free parking! The owners responded to email and we had no problems during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in whistler again this year. Greystone lodge is perfect for the kids our 5 year old and 3 year old able to ski down to ski school easily. Everything you need is in the apartment. Very well appointed and comfortable. All the relevant information needed was provided prior to our stay eg. access codes etc. Apt 329 is a good size for two adults and two kids. As we cooked at home mostly and the kitchen was well appointed and worked well. Beds were comfortable after a hard days skiing. Highly recommended!

The location of this condo couldn't be better. Ski lockers are just a few feet from the skiable path over to the Wizard chair. The facilities are well maintained and the underground garage is a nice touch. The unit is clean, spacious (by ski resort standards) and very comfortable. It is perfect for a small family. No complaints whatsoever.

we had an amazing dstay the location was really good. It was only one minute walk to the mountain and about a 30 second walk back. There's a cute little outdoor for an outdoor hot tub. And also an indoor hot tub. And the hotel.wifi works really well and totally saved my b*** as I had to do a ton of work in the last two days my stay.the TV in the main room in the TV and went to the bathroom was very good with lots of cable TV to watch. I would definitely recommend anyone staying here. Of the kitchen was nice and exceedingly well equipped. There were tons of plates glasses silverware etc which is quite a bit of money by able to eat any more meals in.the garage was also thrown in which was a huge savings made it very nice to visit some of the other sites in the town of what surveillance with me to take a taxi away for about. I definitely would recommend recommend renting a car. Sorry for all the typos in this review I'm on my cell phone and it wont let me correct any of them. Awesome line is this is a great place to stay and we had a really good trip.

Great location next to slopes of Blackcomb. Unfortunate Mother Nature didn't provide the snow needed for ski-in ski-out. We had a short ice covered path to negotiate. Thank god for the snow making once on the ski hill. Ski locker very convenient. One remote for the TV please. Washing machine a bonus. I hope to stay again.

Your place is lovely, very comfortable and affordable. Once we figured out the key pad system (lots of numbers to remember) we accessed the building with a breeze. The place had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The only draw back was we could not figure out the TV. We were not up there to watch TV but we would have enjoyed the opportunity to view local news or an evening movie. We could not find any instructions on how to operate?? We were very happy with the location and convenience to all the wonderful activities Whistler has to offer. Thank you so much, we hope to do business again - soon!

We take a family vacation every year, this year we decided on skiing in Whistler Blackcomb. This condo is exactly what we were looking for! The pictures are accurate, price was great and location was perfect. Loved having a nice kitchen to make meals and the TV for movies after a long day of skiing made for great family fun. Unit 329 Greystone Lodge is an ideal place to stay while at Blackcomb/Whistler. It has a very welcoming feel about it from the minute you open the door, not only can it accomodate 6 people it has two modern bathrooms a great kitchen a washing/drying machine which is a big bonus and is situated right next to aspens Lodge, an easy 200 metre stroll down the edge of the Wizard run to Blackcomb Village and you can ski right to your door. It has convenient undercover secured parking and at the end of the day you can unwind in the heated pool or indoor or outdoor spa.

No problem overall, we liked it. I believe your refrigerator is on its last legs,. It ran noisily and continuously,which got on our nerves. People should know that an SUV with a ski box will not fit into the underground parking. we had to unload it, take off the box, and leave it in the bike storage. The single washer/dryer is useless as a dryer-used the unit in the common area, but needed 5 quarters-hard to get on Christmas Day! Otherwise , we enjoyed our stay. The laundry service guy parked in the underground and left his truck running. I was packing up that day-thought I might die of CO poisoning. I told the driver and the gentleman at the front desk.

having 2 jacuzzis (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) was really nice after a day of snowboarding. great access to the slopes. the condo was very comfortable, and wifi worked great. we cooked meals everyday, the kitchen had everything we needed (1 or 2 more pans would be nice). a note about the dryer: it's integrated to the washer (2 in 1 machine), so it's not a true dryer and therefore doesn't dry as well as a drying machine. Too bad the price increases so much for Christmas, I would have loved to stay longer! :)

We found the condo to be very quiet and comfortable. It was also very clean when we arrived. The rooms are large, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds and pull-out couch were all very comfortable. The Greystone complex is very nice and is fairly close to the village. Parking was free which was an added bonus. The unit has a small washer/dryer combo (one machine that both washes and dries). The washer portion worked well but I found the dryer to be ineffective and instead paid to use the dryer in the common laundry room. Overall, the unit is nice but could use some TLC - nothing major but there are some minor items in need of repair. The owners were extremely accommodating in regards to check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Absolutely loved the place. The proximity to the hill and the village was amazing, and it very very comfortably slept 6 people. Outdoor hottub and pool were a great addition.

First, you should warn snowboarders that the locker is inadequate! 2 boards and getting them into the locker with a pair of skis damaged a binding. On top of this, you forbid having the equipment in the rooms, so that all is just inexcusable. Get with the times... The hot water in the room was tepid. Unacceptably so. We called and had it turned up after a day a aggravatingly cold showers. 2 light bulbs were out. We called and had them replaced. The chest of drawers in the living room is coming unglued. The drawer was jammed, and the frame was coming apart. I fixed it, so it wouldn't frustrate my son's attempts to use it. The corner guard taped onto the entry wall came off and was flapping around. All in all, if your price wasn't one of the lower ones, I would be disappointed. As it is, I would say I got what I paid for. Probably wouldn't stay there again, based on all the marginal care. Any further deterioration, and it would be a waste of my valuable vacation time, rather than the nice experience I am hoping for. Don't mean to sound too negative, just honest. All the people we dealt with were nice and responsive. Thanks!

an impressive location, seconds from the wizard chair! Spacious unit with great layout. Complimentary parking is a bonus, and you don't have to walk far to store your ski/snowboards on the mainfloor! We definitely will return!

We really enjoyed our few days at Whistler. The weather was very cold but we were very warm and we even enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub.

What can I say? Everything was perfect for the 4 of us. The unit itself is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked in most nights), and we were central to everything we wanted to do. The pool area was great. You couldn't find a better place to stay!! Thanks so much.
