Our SKI-IN / SKI-OUT magical mountain hideaway, is located next to Blackcomb Mountain base, in the world class resort of Whistler.

Our unit has been a COMPLETELY RENOVATED from top to bottom. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, dedicated WiFi, 42" TV, a ROKU 3 with paid subscriptiosn to NETFLIX, HULU-PLUS along with a host of other IPTV channels,  a PLAYSTATION 3 (+ great games) a BOSE stereo and desktop computer complete an amazing entertaiment setup.

Sleeps up to 4 and has secured underground parking. Short ski down to the base of Blackcomb Village. 10 minute stroll (or free shuttle) to Whistler town center. Lost Lake, Valley Trail and great hiking right out the door. Perfect location, many guests return year after year!

Our quiet (end unit) starry night PENTHOUSE condo provides a romantic escape from your daily rat-race. Gaze up at the spectacular mountain runs while still in bed, to decide whether it's going to be a alpine or cross-country ski day, or a ____ day! Relax apres ski by the fireplace, enjoy a sauna, dip in the hot-tub in the glass domed spa, or have a refreshing swim in the heated year-round outdoor swimming pool, to work out the kinks. Property Description

Bright & cheerful top floor suite with vaulted "starry night sky" ceiling, glows with accurate constellations, creates the illusion of an open-air mountain-top hideaway. Spectacular views of both mountain runs are seen from the large palladian window in the living room; or sliding glass doors to balcony from both dining room & bedroom. Open kitchen with bar counter overlooks views, and living/dining areas. Sleep 4 in three separate sleeping areas... Comfy queen sofabed faces the fireplace & large Flat TV in living room. One "under the stars" bedroom with queen sized bed  with semi-ensuite bathroom is accessible from all areas. Cozy "under the stars" loftbed with double, is accessed by ladder.

There is a new computer with 27" display and Bose audio system. The TV has a Roku 3 with paid subscriptions to Netflix and Hlu Plus. And there isa Playstation 3 with some games.

Our suite is truly our home away from home. We have updated our furnishings recently, to ensure our guests and ourselves maximum comfort. Our entertainment center is equipped with 42" HDTV, a ROKUS 3 with paid subscriptions to NETFLIX, HULU PLUS and a host of other great IPTV channels, PLAYSTATION 3 (+ great games), stereo with CD and radio. Scrabble, Cribbage, Backgammon, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly or a challenging jigsaw puzzle can while away drizzly afternoons. The bathroom has a hair dryer, heat lamp, and toiletry necessities along with lots of towels, extra sheet sets, duvets & blankets. The building offers year-round heated outdoor pool, sauna, and hot-tub in glass dome. A games room, as well as meeting rooms are also available. The Pool Level Lobby offers vending machines for snacks and emergency items; and down the hall are coin operated laundry facilities.

Our housekeeping service cleans the condo for your arrival, making up beds and stocking fresh linens.

For check-in service we use Whistler Reception Services who operate a front desk in the heart of Whistler. When you arrive in Whistler you check-in at WRS where they provide you keys, codes to our condo, overview of our complex and the unit. They will provide you a map and clear directions from WRS to our condo which is only a three minute drive away.

It's always good to have someone there in Whistler that you can rely on to get you check-in.

WRS also provides concierge services. Ask away when you get there!

Emergency Check-In Service We use Whistler Reception Services for your check-in upon arrival. They have a front desk that is open late. However should you arrive after the front desk closes there still exists 24hr check-in service. A WRS representative is always available on call 24hrs/day (phone # will be provided)

Location & Map


This is where you want to be!! The Benchlands surround the base of Blackcomb ski runs. You literally walk out of the ski locker, cross the street, put on your skis, and ski down to the lifts. The Marquise is a six storey concrete building with incredible views above the lower wood-frame developments around us. It's a two minute walk from the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, tennis courts, and Chateau Golf Course, and a comfortable less than ten minute walk to the town center. If you're tired, lazy, or cold, a free shuttle service stops right in front of the building.

The Valley Trail that connects all teh communities of Whislter together is righ tout our door and makes for a great walk, run or bike. It also connects to Lost Lake, a fabulous swimming  lake that is only a 10 minute walk away.

If you like cross country skiing or snoeshoing, the main hut is a 5 minute walk away where you can rent your gear or if you alreayd have it, then hit the trials and runs.

It is the best place to be!

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM. Excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated. This may or will result in eviction from our home, and no money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Housekeeping completed before arrival, and again at departure. Cleaning supplies and vacuum are located in suite for interim cleanups.
Liability We will not be held or take responsiblity for any liability. We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury either in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact number provided. All contact numbers will be provided with your check-in package. As well, they are located inside our welcome book in our home.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 people (3 beds). In some cases we can allow up to 6 people to stay. If we are notified of any more than our agreed number, you may or will be evicted without a refund.
Missing Items Guest responsible. Any missing inventory will be invoiced to the responsible guest. Compensation will be obtained directly via a charge onto the guest credit card.
Property Damage Guest responsible for all damages. Restitution will be sought for all damages. Any property damage will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
Rental Accommodation Zoning
Resort Information Will be provided. Some resort information is provided in our suite. The main lobby has a display stand loaded with brochures, and front desk staff are knowlegeable and there to help you. There are many activities centers in the village which can provide information.

About Us

My wife and I used to live in Whistler back in the mid 90's...yup...right when snowboarding was first coming of age. That was a while ago now.

At that time, we both had evening jobs in the service industry and all our funds and energies went into  boarding. It was our life. It was there in Whistler where we  both knew that one day, if we could make it happen, no matter where we lived, we would purchase a condo in Whistler. We never wanted to lose that feeling that Whistler provides (both on and off the mountain). Kinda corny sounding but if you have been, you probably know what I mean.

Fast forward to present day. Though we now live in Vancouver, we made good on our commitment to purchase a condo in Whistler. We love it, we use it all the time and hope you too enjoy it.

This was probably the best rental property that I have seen in Whistler!

My family and I live in the Vancouver area, but we like to take short trips to Whistler at least a couple of times a year. We are used to rent properties in Whistler, but this one was by far the best -- The property was clean, well taken care of, and there was a binder with instructions for everything we needed upon our arrival.

Susan and Mataio were easy to communicate with, and I will definitely return to their home in Whistler! The Nathan family.

I have been coming to Whistler since 1968 and have stayed in many places from Creekside to Alpine Meadows and , of course the Village and Village North. This Upper Village unit is the nicest I've seen and I would highly recommend it. The price-point was very good too.

Nice property but very hot, no A.C.

We had a 3 night stay and there was literally (1) towel per person provided and no pool towels whatsoever. No spare towels on the premises. Secondly, there was no A.C. in the unit which we were aware of but there was a small fan left in the closet, which was broken. Called the owner, and he arranged for a fan to be picked up at the Glacier Lodge, which we did. It was not an out of the box fan, required assembly which wasn't a welcome activity at 10:30 at night.

Property was exactly as owner described, it was luxurious & homely, and i'll definitely be returning to this apartment again! The only negative, i wish it had air-cond, even a small split system, because there was a heat wave whilst i was in Whistler, and the apartment was quite hot in 30-35deg heat.

Very quiet & peaceful, and waking up to a view up the mountains was fantastic.

Great condo! We have stayed at the Marquise before, but this is the first time in this condo. Our favourite unit so far! The kids loved the loft area. The layout was very efficient and it was very clean. Since it is a penthouse, it was very quiet as well. We will stay here again if it is available. I wondered if a kettle might have gone astray? There was a teapot but no kettle. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking is secure (off street in a parking structure within the building) with ample room. The pool and spa areas are clean and the water is the right temperature. We will definitely seek out this property for future use.

great stay in pikas penthouse

We had a really good stay in Pikas Penthouse and I would highly recommend it. The place is very clean and modern, beautifully furnished and has all amenities you could need. It is especially good for a couple with a child as the loft is very fun and they have a great TV set up with Hulu and netflix. The owners were very responsive and bent over backwards to give us a great trip over the holidays and added some extras that our child enjoyed.

The Marquise building is very convenient for skiing at Whistler Blackcomb, you can walk/ski to and from the lifts plus there is a bus stop out side. The only strange thing during our stay was that the building had moved to keyless entry for common areas which is great, except you had to type in a 10 digit code for each door, it would be easier if they could make the code a little shorter! All in all a great property and great stay though.

Downhill summer vacation.

Great apartment in a nice building. Pool area was nice after long days in the bike park. Bike storage and washing area was great. Would recommend this to any of my friends and family.
